Recent delivery and return experience
I had a really good experience with this company recently. Everything went smoothly from the beginning to the end, without any issues. The delivery arrived on time, and the driver was friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. When it was time for the return, the process was equally simple. They gave me clear instructions on how to choose between home collection or dropping off at a parcel shop. It was convenient to be able to pick a collection day that suited me. Getting confirmation texts when I made the booking and on the collection day itself made everything easy and efficient.

Quick delivery and great service
Oh my gosh, you lot, I just had to share with you how amazing my delivery guy is! His name's Bryan and he always brings my packages right to my door, spot on time! I've heard some folks saying they've been missing their deliveries, but thankfully, that's not been my experience because Bryan is just incredible at his job. I feel really fortunate!
Misdelivered parcel
I spent the whole day waiting for my delivery, and I finally got a message at around 6 pm saying it had been delivered. However, no one had turned up at my house. The photo that was supposed to show proof of delivery didn't match my house at all, and the GPS location they provided was wrong. I tried to call right away, but all I got was an automated message saying they would call me back, which never happened. It's been three days now, and I still haven't received my parcel. I've lost £100 because of these cowboys. This isn't the first time it's happened; it's actually the third time. Once, they threw my parcel in my neighbour's garden, and twice they delivered to the wrong place. Avoid this company if they use Evri.

So, I ordered this really cool gadget online and received an email confirming my delivery time. It was so handy because I had an appointment that day. But oh no, I missed the delivery! Luckily, the delivery person left my package in a safe place until I returned.

When I tried to contact customer service for help, the number provided was no good. How annoying is that? Couldn't even leave a voicemail for assistance. Left me feeling irritated, especially when I saw reviews being responded to quickly while real issues were being sent to useless websites with no solutions. As someone who regularly shops with Evri, this experience was disappointing, especially considering the item in the package wasn't cheap.

I've never had any issues with my deliveries from this shop. The delivery team has always been really nice and polite whenever I've talked to them. It's nice to know that my packages will turn up on time without any stress.
Delivery issue, poor customer service
I'm a customer of this company, and I'm really disappointed with the delivery service I received. They forced the package into my letterbox, causing it to rip, and then just threw the second package onto the path outside my house. It's not on to handle packages like that, especially with a busy public pavement nearby. I've got CCTV footage of the delivery person's irresponsible behaviour, and even after complaining to Evri, I still haven't got a proper solution. This is just one example of many bad experiences I've had with this company. I think other companies should think twice about using Evri, and customers need to speak up about their complaints to stop these unprofessional practices.
