Just used it in the cupboard — perfect for tight spots, bits stay tidy in the case. Delivery was quick, customer service really helpful, relieved.
Quick fix, mostly
Was missing a small bit for my pressure washer and phoned customer service — a bit worried at first. Spoke to Becky who was really helpful, replied quickly and they shipped the part the next day. Handy.
Stopped after 22 seconds
Sat there watching it die after 22 seconds — bought it in December — and the back-and-forth with Fanttik never stopped. Each agent passed me on and no fix came, no refund offered. Strange relief when I finally knew where I stood.
The tiny trick that did it
Found it on a Costco shelf and bought it on a whim. Couldn't get it to work, phoned support (they wanted an email — not helpful), then a mate showed the tiny trick — that click of relief was perfect. Service still poor.
Weird start, quick fix
Bit of a strange one — my partner tried to plug the charger in and it blinked green then died. Contacted customer service; they were really helpful, sorted a replacement and delivery was quick. Happy it wasn't a faff, I've had worse waits elsewhere.
Finally got round to it
I kept putting off chopping up boxes. These cordless scissors make it easy. Feels solid in the hand. Cuts straight through corrugated cardboard with little fuss. Battery lasted months for me; still showing 85% now. Surprised how low-maintenance it is compared with other tools.
Still waiting on a human
Dropped a quick call three days ago and still no proper reply — you can't actually talk to anyone on the line. Vacuum died after one charge, only had it three weeks. Delivery was fine, but service is slow; other firms sort this faster.

Saw their ad on Facebook and told my sister, so I ordered two kids' cars. Delivery stalled and I chased Yu Yu a few times — I was sceptical, bit annoyed. After ages they issued a refund and were polite; slow, but it got sorted.
Unexpectedly handy kit
Didn't expect to be so happy with a bit of kit. The grinder set feels solid, nice balance in the hand, bits stay sharp — been using it every evening for small workshop jobs and garden bits. Delivery was a faff, had to chase it, but customer service sorted a replacement quick, so all's well.
Handy little pump, losing puff
one charge and I'd do all four tyres, job done. Lately it's been flaky though, holds three bars then falls to two and dies before I can add much air. Bit annoying, but when it worked it was handy. I'll swap to an Airmoto.
A small surprise
Oddly, the little electric screwdriver turned out proper handy — so I bought more, from a precision set to a handheld vac. One Torx bit did twist after a few uses and at first I braced for the usual faff you get with other brands. Their support were straightforward though, sent a replacement no drama. So yeah, I’m a bit surprised and pleased; solid products and a warranty they actually honour.
Exactly what I needed

The little attachment set is handy; you can reach most awkward bits in my 992.2 911, honestly gets into the nooks. Suction seems decent, not a monster but enough.
