I recently had a really annoying experience with an airline. They left me stranded at an airport overnight and then refused to compensate me. I gave them all the evidence they needed, but they still said no after lots of back and forth. So, I decided to get help from Flightright. Lengthy claim resolution process
I'm really fed up with how long it's taking to sort out my claim. It's been more than two years now and I still haven't got a decent result. The customer service is just rubbish - waiting ages for a reply and the communication is terrible.

My experience with this company was really disappointing. The customer service was basically non-existent and I would definitely recommend not using them. Even though I decided to close the case without any fees, Flightright didn't bother getting in touch with the airline to officially close it. I'm feeling frustrated and unhappy with their poor communication and lack of professionalism.

If I missed a flight due to whatever reasons? Just to get another flight without wasting and waiting ,also not to bother about my money stuck in missed flight Airlines, that all managed by Flightight.
