I brought tickets from the box office for performance on 3rd February 2021 this was backin June 2020 after so many attempts to contact and email for a refund which I payed for I have still not heard from them I feel frustrated and very angry as the was an expensive birthday present

Ordering and paying online is no problem, but after the show was moved to an alternative theatre, getting hold of them has been diabolical. We arrived to be told that our tickets were invalid: no good when you're in the actual queue. There's no contact details but I did find out that Ingresso are the key stakeholder so I've been emailing them. I'll be more careful about this sort thing in the future and avoid them at all costs.
