    I saw this on a mate’s Instagram and I was bricking it a bit, honestly. I thought I’d booked at the Coliseum box office, only after paying I realised it wasn’t. Tried to cancel, waited over a day, then an email said more amendment fees and no refund. Tickets arrived fine though.

    Looks sharp, fails the basics

    Not using them again — avoid. A friend actually tipped me to try them after an ad, but the experience was poor. No ticket confirmation, no helpful emails, and I ended up out of pocket while they blamed systems. The site looked slick though, which was oddly reassuring at first. Customer care wasn’t there. Then someone finally acknowledged the case, kept me informed and processed the refund. It was slow and a bit clumsy, but the money arrived and that’s when I felt satisfied. Still cautious, but relieved that it was resolved in the end.

    they asked for a death certificate to even consider anything, and still declined. Also tried to contact From the Box Office — radio silence. The booking itself worked fine and the site was clear, so do bear that in mind, but the customer side is a mess. Felt pretty let down and I won't be recommending it again.

    Tickets, a bereavement and a ridiculous fight over a refund

    the ticket seller kept hiding behind the terms. They later asked for the review to be taken down and then tried to avoid subject access requests, despite a Customer Service Lead acknowledging the request. That felt like stonewalling, so we’ve escalated to ICO and to STAR — the regulator — because there hasn’t been a proper reply for ages. It turns into administrative wrangling on top of grief, which is just awful.
    There was also a weird twist where the company tried to claim it wasn’t linked to the other name on the site. But the wording “owned and operated by” is literally on their own pages, and STAR’s site lists both names too. So that denial doesn’t add up. It’s messy and, frankly, seems like an attempt to bury the problem rather than fix it.
    I still want to stress: the show itself is brilliant when you get there, and the theatre staff were sympathetic and useful. The surprising positive was how the theatre helped navigate the next steps and gave real, practical advice. But the part that ruined the experience was the customer service from the ticket agent we used. If you’re thinking of booking, weigh up whether saving a bit of cash is worth getting stuck with a third party who won’t handle life’s real emergencies with any grace. I’m not sure my doubts before buying were entirely unfounded — I’d say they were justified.

    they offered alternatives, I said yes, then a day later they said those weren’t available. That happened twice and I was this close to buying fresh tickets elsewhere. What surprised me was that after a bit of persistence they did finally find a suitable swap and everything was sorted, albeit slowly. The little one loved the show, so I’m relieved. Overall, be ready for a patient email game, but don’t assume it’s hopeless — it can work out. Not perfect, could be faster, but the outcome was fine for our weekend family treat.

    Ticket issuance change

    I bought some tickets for an event at the O2 this weekend, but I was surprised when the physical tickets didn't arrive as expected. I sent an email to customer service, and they replied really quickly, saying that the tickets were available on the AXS app within the O2 app. Luckily, I found the tickets and the problem was sorted out fast. The only problem was that I wasn't told about this new way of getting tickets beforehand, so it did cause a bit of a panic.

    Overpriced Strictly O2 tickets

    I bought some tickets for Strictly O2 using this ticket website and it was a nightmare. The tickets were way too expensive and to top it off, I didn't even get an email to confirm my purchase. When I went on the Axs app to check my tickets, it said I didn't have any, which just made me really stressed and annoyed. It was all just a big joke and I definitely wouldn't suggest using this website to buy tickets.

    Tickets for Player Kings

    I made a mistake and booked tickets for Player Kings on this website, thinking it was the theatre's official site. I even got cancellation protection, but when I had to cancel because of a family emergency, it didn't help at all. Even after I showed proof, they refused my claim and I couldn't get in touch with From the Box Office for assistance. I feel like I've been tricked and now I wish I hadn't used their services.
