Recent home purchase
I recently bought a house and I have to admit, the service I got was excellent. The staff really went out of their way to help me through every stage. Even when there were some issues, they stayed calm and kept me updated. There was a delay from the seller's side, but they managed to find me another property fast and smoothly. I am extremely happy with how it all turned out and now I'm a happy homeowner all thanks to their dedication and effort.
Customer Service Experience
I had the pleasure of interacting with a really awesome team member recently. Amanda Smith is a top professional who really focuses on the details and making sure the customer is happy. She goes above and beyond for her colleagues, setting a great example. I was really impressed with how she quickly and carefully handled my needs. Amanda's dedication to providing excellent service is really praiseworthy, and I'm grateful for all she does to make sure customers have a good experience.
Property purchase
My time with the conveyancing department was quite frankly a letdown. While the estate agent side ran smoothly, the conveyancing process was full of broken promises and terrible customer service. Communication was seriously lacking, with promises of updates every 2 weeks not being kept. Deadlines were missed, which left me feeling annoyed and stuck. The paperwork wasn't organised properly at the start, and the problems have continued for months.

I recently purchased a new house and it was amazing! The team there were really helpful and ensured that everything went smoothly. I've used this company for selling properties twice now and I must say, they are really professional. They did a great job advertising the property, even putting up a free for sale board. I also had the option to pay extra for a meet and greet show around, as well as access to solicitors and other services, which allowed me to personalise the experience. Isis Hall kept me updated throughout the sale and I really appreciated their communication and attention to detail. Thanks for the excellent service.
House hunting
I kept trying to contact them throughout the day, but they always said my agent was on another call and would call me back. However, they hardly ever did! I was feeling really confused and lost because they didn't explain where my purchase stood and what documents were required. It was really stressful thinking I might lose the perfect house due to their poor communication. Plus, they took a long time to respond to the seller's solicitors, causing delays. Not cool at all!

Yeah, I had a great time buying my thing from this place! Megan was really helpful and the communication was so quick and clear. The price was definitely worth it and the viewings they organised were brilliant - I just had to turn up and have a look around.

I found the experience of selling my property to be quite straightforward at first. However, the communication throughout the conveyancing process turned into a total nightmare. The information was not coming through properly, which left me feeling really frustrated. I ended up spending ages on hold, just listening to messages about how swamped they were. I tried asking for a call back repeatedly, but never actually got one. It was so annoying and honestly made the whole thing a lot more stressful than it had to be.

The estate agent service from Strike was alright, but we found their conveyancers and mortgage advisors to be pretty terrible. So, we decided to go with independent services for those instead. Unfortunately, the buyer we got through Strike’s recommendation ended up getting some bad advice from their mortgage advisors, which ended up costing us a sale. And now, dealing with their conveyancer has been a nightmare and we're at risk of losing another sale. It's been a real waste of money and time dealing with them.

I chose to use a solicitor from my local area, while the buyer went with one recommended by Strike, which turned out to be a good decision. The Estate Agent in my area really knew their stuff about the local market and had plenty of experience. All in all, I'm really happy with the service I received from Strike.
