Amazing gym app
This app is brilliant! Whenever I'm in a new place and fancy finding a nice gym to work out or go for a swim, I always turn to this app. It's really easy to use and I appreciate the variety of options it offers. I can discover all sorts of gyms and pools to check out, and I can choose the one that's most convenient for me. Thanks to this app, I never have to skip a workout when I'm travelling!
Extended day pass
I missed the deadline for my day pass, but I emailed customer support to ask for an extension. They replied quickly and kindly agreed to extend it without any hassle. Thank you!

My credit just vanished out of the blue and couldn't use it cause of an injury - must be some mistake somewhere, you know. Got in touch with customer service and they quickly sorted it, got my credit back in my account. Service was great, even though I was annoyed at first about the disappearing act my credit pulled. Oh well, all good now. Shoutout to the team for their help!

Negotiated discount with 6-month payment plan
My company's membership with Hussle ended, so I managed to agree on a cheaper payment plan for 6 months directly with them. However, after the initial month, they stopped my payment. I think it's because they forgot to switch my account from the corporate one to a regular one. When I brought it up, they said it was because of insufficient funds, even though there was enough money in the account. I think they made a mistake when setting up my account. I tried to follow up, but got no reply. I contacted them one more time before considering leaving a review on TrustPilot, and it seems like they blocked my email. Their customer service is really unprofessional and disappointing.

I bought two passes for me and my friend, but then she had to register for her own pass and buy another one! They told me they would automatically refund me for the pass I didn't use so I could book something else in the future, but I still haven't received anything. And to top it off, they don't even reply to my emails!
