I recently signed up for a gym membership on this great website as I wanted access to a few local gyms. Unfortunately, those gyms shut down which left me feeling disappointed. However, I reached out to the wonderful people at the website and they were incredibly helpful, issuing me a refund for the monthly fees I had paid. Now, I've found another gym through them which I really like. I tend to go to the gym more in the winter as I prefer running outside in the summer. It's great that I can pause my membership and resume it whenever I want. So yeah, I definitely enjoy using this website.
Affordable gym access
I had to cancel my usual gym membership because of water damage, so I decided to join a local gym for a month instead. Found a great deal online, much cheaper than going directly to the gym! The service I received was top-notch, and they were really quick at responding when I needed to cancel, even over the festive period. Big shoutout to the staff member who assisted me, they were super helpful and friendly. Definitely a 5-star experience all round!
Monthly pass, easy cancellation
I've been using the monthly pass for over a year now and I must say, it's been so easy. The platform is really user-friendly and signing up was a doddle. The best bit is that cancelling at the end of the month was no trouble at all. I just requested the cancellation through the App and it was a smooth process. Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a flexible gym membership option.
Fitness pass revolution
I'm loving this fitness pass - no more excuses for me! I can work out wherever I want now, whether I'm in the city or back home. With loads of gym options to pick from, I never get bored. Whether it's swimming, boxing, or lifting weights, there's something for everyone. This pass has really changed my outlook on fitness and made it much more fun.
Gym access without membership
I really like using Hussle to access gyms without needing a membership. Normally, I get put off by all the long sign-up processes and inductions when I want to train at a new gym. But with Hussle, I can just create an account and use lots of different gyms without any of that hassle. It's much simpler for me to stay active and check out different fitness places without committing to a full membership.
Discount issue addressed promptly
I wanted to talk to you about a mix-up with a discount on the app, but the customer service team sorted it out quickly and made me feel better about it. It would be great to have a way to give feedback directly about the whole process, but all in all, I'm quite happy with the service.
Late pass extension
I missed the deadline to use my pass and had given up hope, but the gym told me to call the company to let them know. I was so surprised when I got a reply just minutes after my query, and they extended the deadline right away. Amazing! Thank you so much.
