neat bottle, straightforward instructions, but no white towel in the pack (I thought I’d ordered one, so that was a small annoyance). I couldn’t resist and used it straight away on a handful of brushes. The thing that really stands out is how fast the brushes dry — literally ready to go within minutes — which is brilliant if you hate waiting like I do. It does clean properly too, even my stubborn foundation brushes came up looking fresh. The downside, and it’s worth flagging, is how much liquid it can gulp if you’re tackling very dirty brushes. I had to use nearly half the 275ml bottle to do five face brushes and three eye brushes, which felt a bit excessive. So my plan now is to give heavily soiled brushes a quick wash with soap and hot water first, then use this between looks or after lighter use. Smell-wise some people moan it’s strong; I found a mild alcohol tang — not pleasant, but not unbearable, and it fades. There are little imperfections (towel missing, consumption rate) but overall it does what it promises: cleans thoroughly and dries quickly, making it practical for busy mornings or when you want to switch looks without waiting overnight. I’d recommend it, with the caveat that it’s best for regular top-ups rather than as a one-off deep cleanse. Useful gadget, not flawless, but worth having if quick turnaround is your priority.
Relief in a bottle
Saw this on a mate’s shelf and ordered out of curiosity. Delivery was actually the best part — arrived a day early in neat packaging, and when I emailed about an ingredient question their support replied properly within hours. The cream itself is pleasantly light, not greasy, and I’ve worn it several afternoons without turning lobster-red, which is a relief. Doesn’t need constant layering, seems to last. Bit of a faff finding a spare slot for the drop-off but overall impressed and a bit relieved I can finally go outside without worrying.
Small thing, big difference
I didn't expect to be this pleased, to be honest. The little machine cleans brushes properly, sanitises them and dries almost straight away — which is a relief on busy mornings. My parcel arrived in two days, but sadly the bottle had leaked in transit, which was annoying. I emailed support and got Klaudia, who was brilliant; quick replies and they sent a refill without fuss. Proper old-fashioned good service, felt like someone actually cared. Only thing I'd say — maybe seal the bottle better for shipping. Otherwise I'm really happy, would buy again.
Handy little bit of kit
really pleased — the carbon brush cleaner and the other bits from Isoclean did exactly what I hoped. I spotted them on a DIY forum and a mate kept banging on about trying one, so I ordered a couple of things. The site was dead easy, no faff, and the parcel turned up quickly and tidy. The cleaner cut through the gunk, and yes, the workshop smells less like fried motor now. Everything feels well made, better than I expected. Glad it lived up to the chat, would recommend.
Slow replies, good kit
I use their stuff every week at the academy for practicals and for handing out to graduates after courses. The wipes and cleaners are actually quite good — a pleasant surprise, they do the job. The problem is customer contact. For months emails went unanswered and Instagram DMs were read and ignored. When someone did reply the help was patchy and a bit rushed. We had Shannon before who was brilliant, so the change is noticeable. For bulk orders you need a proper point of contact who answers. Product-wise I’m satisfied. Communication-wise they need to sort it, or we’ll look elsewhere. It’s a shame, really.
