I used this service not long ago, and I have to say I was really let down because my question didn't get a proper answer. I had to splash out a hefty sum just to ask my question, but even though the so-called 'Expert' replied, they didn't really address what I was getting at. So, when I asked for my money back, the support team insisted that my question had been answered because the expert had replied. But I reckon just getting a reply doesn't necessarily mean the question was actually answered. On top of that, the support team owned up to there being a delay in giving me an answer. All in all, I reckon the service was below average and I had quite a few problems with it, making it a pretty disappointing experience.

Ben was absolutely fantastic! He dealt with our legal problems really well, explaining each step clearly. Not only did he know his stuff, but he also answered quickly whenever we had questions, which really helped put our minds at ease. Dealing with a potentially stressful situation became much easier with his help. I can't recommend him enough.
Home renovation advice

Fixed my printer installation
This lad Nasar was a real tech wizard! He managed to remote log onto my computer and guided me through the printer installation process. The instruction manual was completely useless, so I was hugely grateful for his assistance. Without him, I would've been totally lost. Big thanks to Nasar!
