Oddly, the app felt less flashy than others, which I liked — set it up in one evening after reading a few reviews. It's not perfect, interface has a few quirks, but passwords sync and feel solid.
That moment
Halfway through setup I realised it worked, passwordless logins, strong passwords and easy sharing — exactly what I needed after a small security scare, relieved.
Still useful, tiny niggles
I'm sticking with it for now — really handy overall. I've used the free version for ages to keep an eye on my accounts and sort payments; lately the bank's sign‑in quirks caused a couple of lockouts. Thought about switching, but it's too much faff.
Close shave with Gmail
I first saw this recommended by a mate at work, seemed clever so I installed it on a whim. Using it felt slick at first — nice little UI, felt like it would make life easier — then it did something daft. It decided to overwrite one Gmail password with a new generated one, and I nearly lost the old login. I hurried to copy the old one, switched tabs, and the new password failed to save (error), so neither worked. Panic, faffing about, recovery hassle. It's got potential but this bug is a dealbreaker for me.
Hidden extras pushed me to cancel
I’m not keeping the paid plan — it felt like a trap, plain and simple. I use this mainly for day-to-day password management, both for work logins and a bunch of personal accounts, so I expected something straightforward. Instead there were lots of optional features switched on by default that quietly bled my bill up. I only noticed after looking properly and then it was too late. The setup is confusing and they make add-ons look like part of the plan. When I raised it, I got told I’d been delinquent for two years, which didn’t make sense, yet somehow I received a refund for the latest year — mixed signals, right? That felt like an admission of muddled billing, but the whole response felt defensive, trying to blame me for not spotting the defaults. I’m annoyed and won’t be using their paid service again. Useful app otherwise, but the billing and customer handling spoiled it for me.
