Dead and Mouldy Flowers
Oh gosh. I ordered some flowers for my friend's birthday and when they arrived they were all dead, covered in mould, and broken! I was really let down. I requested a refund and a new bouquet, but they told me I could only choose one or the other, not both. Can you believe it? I definitely won't be buying flowers from them again, it was such a poor experience!

Late birthday flower delivery
I had a really awful experience trying to order some flowers for a birthday present. The flowers turned up a day late when I had paid for next day delivery. The receipt clearly showed the delivery date was supposed to be the next day, but they tried to blame me for ordering too late. After waiting around for about 2 weeks, they insulted me by saying it was my fault, despite me showing them evidence of my order multiple times. I definitely won't be using that service again.
