Bit of a saga, but they fixed it — took a month to sort duplicated reels and misplaced packets, yet customer service was really helpful and kept me updated. Now I use the digital files for evening family film nights and I’m relieved — colours aren’t perfect, but fine for everyday.
Halfway through a cuppa
Was halfway through a cuppa when a mate sent the link, so I ordered. I feared the slides were ruined and phoned first — couldn’t get through — but an email did the trick and warehouse confirmed receipt. The scans are far clearer than I hoped, family loved them. Couple of frames had scratches, still brilliant.
Slides finally sorted
I’d been putting off digitising old family slides for ages — moving and few bad storage scares made me do it. The whole process was straightforward, the tech phoned me to explain things which was reassuring, and the scans look great. Could’ve been a bit faster, but pleased.
