some veneer was sitting oddly on the face and a few layers looked poorly bonded. After a few days in the garage, waiting for a dry spell, it had warped enough to be awkward to cut. I’ve had worse deliveries from other suppliers, admittedly, but this was still disappointing.
Smooth from first use
Ordered it last week; it felt straightforward, and delivery fitted my schedule. Glad it all went more smoothly than expected.
Nearly walked away — glad I didn’t
I was a bit doubtful before buying a new kitchen from MGM Dundee, mostly worried about costs and whether the design would really work. Turns out those worries faded fast. The designer was patient, proper helpful, and handled loads of last-minute changes without making it awkward. They kept us updated by email and phone, which made a huge difference. Delivery and fit were tidy and surprisingly quick, and the final look is better than I expected. If you’re hesitating, ask loads of questions and don’t be shy about tweaks — it paid off for us.
