I was stood on the train this morning in the new tee I got from them — grabbed it last week when the replacement parcel finally turned up. There was a bit of a faff with tracking and they re-sent the order, so I ended up with two deliveries, but customer service was calm and helpful about it. The fabric feels soft and not too thin, seams sit right and it didn’t go baggy after a quick wash. Packaging being plastic-free was a small win. All in all I’m glad it worked out and I’ll try more.
Not worth the hassle
Ordered because my back was playing up and I needed something firmer while moving house. The parcel turned up late. The fabric smelled and made my skin itch, looked cheap. Not great. The return process was worse. I had to chase customer service for days, even remind them about EU consumer rights before they gave a returns address, then I paid almost £18 postage myself. Got a refund in the end. Relieved, but fed up.
Mostly pleased with the set
soft, thicker than I thought and warm without feeling suffocating — breathable enough for lounging. Colour-wise it came out more of a wheat/beige tone than the “morganite” name suggested, which I didn’t mind; oddly that colour suits me better than I anticipated. Shipping was spot on with regular status updates, which is handy. Only small gripes are the snug waist and that I’d like more sizing info. Overall a practical, reliable buy and I’m tempted to order another colour.
Bonnie kept her cool
vouchers, credits, different offers, more emails, back and forth until I was tired of it. I just wanted the whole thing sorted and out of my life. Then Bonnie stepped in and things actually moved. She was prompt, cut through the faff, arranged a refund and later made an exchange on my next order without the usual hassle. Delivery was a bit hit-and-miss too, but honestly, Bonnie’s handling turned my scepticism into relief. If I have one wish, train the rest like her.
