Content-aligned proofreading and editing course
The course content was spot on for me as a writer. It really helped me understand what proofreaders and editors expect, which in turn improved my writing. The assignment was a good chance to put my new knowledge into practice and make sure I really understood it. Big thanks to my cousin for suggesting this course.
Online classes
One Education is absolutely amazing! The staff there are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist me whenever I have any queries. I do wish they could offer more discounts for children from less affluent countries so that more individuals could have the opportunity to learn. I really hope they can reach out and help the children in locations such as Lebanon, Iraq, Indonesia, Cambodia, and Thailand. It's also wonderful to see their support for Palestine! Functional Skills Level 2 completion
I've just finished my Maths and English Functional Skills Level 2 courses with this company. Overall, I had a good experience with the courses. The content was well-organised and easy to understand, and the materials they gave me really helped with my learning. However, I did have a problem getting my certificate and transcript for the Maths course. I got in touch with the Support Team Chat, and Mark quickly sorted everything out for me. Thanks to his fast help, I got my certificates without any more delays. I'm glad for the efficient and professional support from the team, and I'd recommend their courses to anyone wanting to improve their skills.
Fun learning app
The learning app was so cool, I really enjoyed using it for my school work. The lessons were interesting and got me thinking a lot. I just finished the Mental Health and Young People in Schools - Level 3 course, and I have to admit, it was absolutely brilliant. Prime Lifetime membership refund
I managed to get a refund for my Prime Lifetime membership because the courses were not finished and were missing stuff. There weren't any assignments, quizzes, or tests. It was really difficult to get assistance from anyone at One Education as they took ages to reply. The review sites are all phoney, so be sure to check out Facebook for genuine reviews. I'd suggest using Coursera instead.
Online courses.
Why is it such a nightmare to sort out invoices and emails properly? The chaos of jumbled bills and newsletters without clear labels and order makes it super annoying to find what I'm looking for. Having to sift through emails just to know what they're about is such a waste of time and effort. It's just so irritating and really not needed.

I had to keep bugging them to send me the paperwork I needed. Luckily, Mark and David from Customer Services were super helpful and sorted it all out for me. On the whole, I'd say my experience with the course content was positive.

I finished a 120-hour TESOL course with this company not long ago. I thought the course materials were easy to understand and get hold of. But after finishing the course, I faced a problem when my QLS endorsed certificate didn't arrive even after 3 weeks. I contacted customer service a few times, but it took them days to get back to me, which was a bit frustrating. Finally, they agreed to print and send me another certificate, and I finally got it. I like the courses they offer and their quality, but they really need to work on their response time.
