TESOL course certificate, customer service
I finished a 120-hour TESOL course with this company not long ago. I thought the course materials were easy to understand and get hold of. But after finishing the course, I faced a problem when my QLS endorsed certificate didn't arrive even after 3 weeks. I contacted customer service a few times, but it took them days to get back to me, which was a bit frustrating. Finally, they agreed to print and send me another certificate, and I finally got it. I like the courses they offer and their quality, but they really need to work on their response time.

After studying with this company for a year, I've gained a lot of knowledge in my field. The courses were interesting and covered everything I needed to know, plus the instructors were really good at their job. I'm super happy with what I've learnt and would definitely suggest these courses to anyone wanting to expand their learning.
Online course
I was browsing online for a course and ran into an issue with my account. I got in touch with a chap named Mark and he was incredibly helpful and friendly. He sorted out my problem in no time and checked to make sure I was satisfied with everything. I reckon One Education ought to consider giving him a pay rise or some recognition because he's really skilled at what he does. Cheers, Mark!

avoid at all costs , they scammed my old father out of money and refused to refund and charged two years subscription , we comaplined to the Uk authorities and awaiting the repsonce , there's also a court action against them for taking advantage of vulnerbale children , please be aware
