I was on the sofa with a cold mug and my phone when I noticed a scheduled post had gone out without me having to check it — that’s the precise moment I realised I could trust the thing. I use it every morning to set up the week’s content, shuffle a few evergreen posts back into the queue, and sneakily plan captions while making tea. It keeps the little online shop of mine looking alive, even on days I’m doing laundry or ferrying kids about. The app is solid, no sudden disappearing posts, and the basic analytics actually help me stop guessing. Makes things less panicky and more… manageable. I’ll keep it running in the background — boringly reliable, and that’s a relief.
Proper, no-nonsense SMM that delivers
unified inbox, media gallery, timeslot scheduling and usable analytics. There are small quirks and the UI could do with tidying up, and we had to fiddle a bit to get the team on board, but overall it's reliable and affordable. Not perfect, but it works, and the support makes the difference.
Late payout, strict rules
13 pm to close positions. On that day my connection dropped. I live in Brazil and our fibre runs on poles. A truck snagged a cable. No internet for a while. When the line came back I closed the position, but technically after 3:13 pm. They cancelled my account for breaking the rule. It feels unfair because the outage was out of my control and the platform didn’t make allowances for that. The interface doesn’t warn about network issues or offer any leeway. I’ve had worse experiences with other lenders who at least explain things. Here it’s very black and white. Emotionally, it’s frustrating — especially since I followed their processes otherwise. Useful product, but the customer-side flexibility is lacking.
