Terrible company and service.
I paid extra for their meet and greet at Manchester airport.
No what I received the driver did not want to do the meet and greet because the parking fees were so high. When I did see him, did not raise his eyes from his phone, because he told me he was checking email. He went to pick up my carry on case. Then raced off, still on his phone. Didn't wait for me. Car was ..., didn't want to check his email from me for the address I had already submitted. A very uncomfortable situation ,Which made me feel I was inconveniencing him. When I complained to the company he lied and they took no responsibility.
