Airport transfer from Glasgow to Irvine (Ayrshire)
On the way back from our holiday, the flight got delayed for over an hour and a half. But our driver kept in touch with us and waited patiently for us at the pick-up point, even though we ended up arriving much later than planned due to passport control. The driver was really friendly, and the car was in great condition, even better than we had hoped for. They took the quickest route possible, and the price was way more reasonable than a normal taxi from the airport. All in all, the service was excellent and hassle-free, which made our trip home after a tiring flight a lot more enjoyable.
Airport transfer booking
I recently booked a ride to the airport with this company and I must say, I found the service to be worth the money. The booking process was easy-peasy and everything went smoothly. I've used this company a few times now and have always had good experiences. But, on my last trip, I had a bit of an awkward moment with one of the drivers. He started making some really offensive comments about the LGBTQ+ community. Even though I'm not a part of that community, I felt it was important to speak up and I found the whole conversation quite unsettling.

Airport rides for a few years
Oh my gosh, I've been using this company for ages to get to the airport! The last time, my flight got delayed, so I had to make changes to my booking. The staff on the online chat were really quick and helpful, they kept my booking on hold for a whole year until I had my new flight sorted. The next day, I rebooked my driver and received all my confirmations really quickly. This company is fantastic, I would definitely recommend them!
Rip-off company
This company is a complete scam! They went ahead and took money from my card without even asking, which ended up making me miss my flight at the airport by a good hour. I really should have just stuck with a regular taxi service - it would have been way cheaper and faster. I looked up reviews on a few different sites and everyone seems to have had the same dodgy experience as me. And to make matters worse, the taxi driver even tried to give me a heads up about overcharging me - who does he think he's fooling? I'm not falling for it!
Airport transfer service
I've used this company's airport transfer service a few times. The first time was fine, but the other times weren't great. The second time, the driver seemed tired and was driving dangerously, so I reported it. The third time, the service was okay, but the Meet and Greet didn't work properly. My most recent experience was awful. I had booked a pick-up at Gatwick airport for 11.30pm, but my flight was delayed and I landed at 1.15am. I tried to contact the driver by text and phone, but got no response. As a solo female traveller, I was stranded in the middle of the night. When I called the main number, the operator couldn't reach the driver and just got me an Uber instead. The next morning, when I called to complain, the person I spoke to didn't show any concern or apologise. Despite asking to speak to a manager, I was refused. I complained formally, but only got a small refund and vague promises of improvement. This company lacks trustworthiness and reliability, which are essential for taxi firms. Their careless attitude is unacceptable.
Awesome service
I recently arranged a transfer for myself and my family, and it was incredibly simple to book. Due to a flight delay, I had to alter the pick-up time at the last minute, and they were very accommodating and supportive. The driver was very friendly and ensured we reached our destination without any issues. I will certainly opt for their services again. Appreciate it, having such a reliable service really makes travelling much easier!
Mini bus booking changed to small car
I booked a minibus really far in advance, but then my plans changed and I needed a smaller ride. I sent them an email and they got back to me super quickly! They were really understanding about changing my booking to a smaller car and even gave me a refund. I was so surprised at how fast and nice they were about it. I'm really looking forward to using my ride in a few months!

I used the service for drop off and pick up for a family holiday at the airport. The driver was really nice and gave us great service for both trips. Airport transfer disappointment
Recently, I had a bit of a nightmare with an airport transfer service I booked. I shelled out for a meet and greet service to get me between airports, but wouldn't you know it, the driver was a no-show. Me and my mates turned the place upside down, inside and out, but the driver was nowhere in sight. In the end, we had to hop in a taxi from the rank outside the airport to make sure we didn't miss our flight. And to top it all off, the company is now digging their heels in, refusing to cough up the £125 we forked out for the service. It's left a sour taste in my mouth, and I'd advise anyone else to steer clear and find another company for their travel needs.

I recently had a bit of a let-down with a certain airport transfer booking service. I used to use this platform all the time for getting taxis, but after the last time, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I booked a taxi from Heathrow Airport Terminal to SO167DN and, to my surprise, I was given a compact SUV instead of the larger car size I needed for my luggage. When I brought this up with the platform, they weren't very helpful and basically said I shouldn't expect more space for my luggage. Their lack of consideration and poor customer service left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. It seems like I'm not the only one who's had this kind of experience, as many others have told me similar stories.
Taxi booking experience
My experience with the taxi booking service was pretty good until I had a problem with the pick-up time. I had booked a taxi for a certain time, making sure I had enough time between when my flight landed and when the taxi was meant to arrive. But, the company decided to change the pick-up time to be the same as my flight arrival time without telling me. They did send me an email about it, but I missed it and ended up being late. They then blamed me for missing the email and made me pay extra for being late. This whole situation really annoyed me, and because of it, I won't be using their service again.
Pickup and drop-off from the station to the city
I was picked up by Chris at the train station, he was really nice and drove us to Central Cambridge without any issues. The text to confirm everything was really useful and they even had cold drinks for us when we got in the car. Chris got us to our destination quickly and safely. All in all, it was a fantastic experience!

I had a really disappointing experience with the taxi transfer service. They said their vehicles could fit a certain amount of luggage, but when I tried to get in with my usual-sized suitcase, the driver said it was too big. He wanted to charge me more or just leave me stranded without a ride. It was really stressful and inconvenient, and definitely not the smooth journey I was hoping for.
Misleading vehicle allocation
I booked a transfer recently and made sure to ask for an estate car to fit me and my group of 3 with all our luggage. Unfortunately, when the driver turned up, they had a Toyota hatchback which just wasn't big enough for everything we had. It made the journey really uncomfortable and cramped as we had to cram in our stuff and sacrifice some seating space. Usually, I've had good experiences with this service, but this time was a letdown.

I hired a transportation service for a group of 5 people with luggage and prams recently. The whole thing turned out to be a bit of a nightmare, to be honest. The driver wouldn't take the car seat, asked for extra cash during the journey, and was driving like a maniac - speeding and texting on his phone. It was really unnerving, especially as I had young kids with me. And then, to top it all off, I started getting texts at 5am the next day at the airport hotel, still demanding more money. The whole experience was just awful and left me feeling really upset and disappointed.
Driver on time, very helpful
The driver was spot on with the timing and really helpful throughout our journey. We had an early morning return trip and it was great to see the same driver providing excellent service once again. The price was very reasonable and I will definitely be using this service in the future.
