Parcel ABC
I had used them a few times and all seemed to be a good service. Then my last three orders to be sent from Spain to the UK, they asked me to transfer 250€ to 300€ per order to cover UK customs charges. I did this but now am having a nightmare getting them to return the money to my account! They do not respond to emails and do not pick up the phone. They currently owe me 800€ and it seems they are content to not refund me that money! I would warn you against transferring any money to this company for supposed customs charges!!

The courier company with which I usually ship made a mistake and did not guarantee that the package would be delivered at the time I needed it. It was very urgent, so I looked for another courier company and I saw that PARCEL ABC had very good references.

I am ordering a lot of different auto parts from the USA. Usually there are a big variety of product sizes, but so far ParcelABC is the best courier which I have tried. Prices are always the best and packages are never damaged. Don't have any complaints about this company and could recommend it to others.
