My parcel was collected from Cape Town, South Africa It was sent to Johannesburg and then returned to sender in Cape Town. I paid R3738,41 for the service on 6 January to Parcelabc. In addition, I paid 30Eu to the parcelABC for customer clearance. I have been emailing, phoning and messaging on the portal since 14 Jan, with only a single reply. After resorting to being borderline aggressive on social media, I was informed that there is no record of these emails and that a refund has been made. No refund for the payment NOR the customs clearance can be seen my accounts. On 15 February, Parcelabc indicated that a refund has been made - to date (25 February), I do not have any return funds in my account, nor has Parcelabc sent any proof of payment - despite 4 requests being sent to the support address, FB messenger and now Instagram comments as well.
No one answers the phone. No one answers the email support email address. They did however find the time to block me on their facebook account - great use of time (which could been better spent replying to my multiple queries and resolving this long-standing complaint).
I booked through this company several weeks ago to send a parcel to the UK. They chose SEUR as the courier, who have a bad track record. Last week SEUR delivered the parcel back to me by dumping it at a nearby shop. Every day I have emailed, messaged and called the company to re arrange urent re delivery but they still haven't responded. Looks like I am going to have to refund the customer, get bad ebay feedback and lose a lot of money then battle to get my postage money back
This company is a scam. They offer good shipping fees, but then provide fake tracking numbers, which won't give you any information on the status of your shipment. They are quick to take the money and very slow at replying/assisting or doing anything else to ensure a smooth parcel delivery. We've ordered a small 1kg parcel delivery with them back in October, two months later, they haven't managed to get it delivered, can't tell us what the problem is, won't give additional information, refuse to send the parcel back or issue a refund and only keep on apologising about the situation once per day...
I contracted a delivery from Spain to Australia. No one came to pick it up, the parcel have should arrived between 5-9 days, after 28 days they don´t know where is the parcel. They say the dont get answers from their partners and now they arent answering my emails. Dont contract with this company, you going to lose your parcel.
Terrible experience Terrible experience! Please avoid this company. They work as robots.- communication only via email. They don't communicate properly with customers/ don't answer questions., they don't listen to explanations. No chance to talk to anybody over the phone. My parcel has been lost. When I've contacted the company to make a claim, I have been told that I NEED to provide documents: receipt or invoice stating the value of the item. I have about 20 emails to them explaining that I am unable to provide such a document because item lost- my mirror, was purchased many years ago. I am extremely upset and angry that not only my lovely mirror has been lost, I have paid the postage and now- I can't get a refund. Terrible experience with this company.
I put an order in to have a parcel picked at my home in Gemany to be send to Australia. The parcel has not been picked up at the given time slot two times in a row, with no information given to why that happened. After contacting Parcel ABC they cancelled the order and said that a refund will be processed within 10 business days. Again no effort made to solve the dilemma or any explanation given to what happened here. As well as very long response time via the message service. Very disapointing. Can not recomment this service at all.
