I recently bought a product called Promax for my dogs, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how well it worked. The price was reasonable, and it really helped with my Staffordshire Bull Terrier's upset stomach, along with Purina ha. It was very effective and I liked that they kept me updated on the status of my order. That was a nice touch.
Cat food order
I've just ordered my cat's favourite food from Petplanet's website and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service. The online ordering was super easy and their customer service team was brilliant when I called with a question. They were so helpful and really knew their stuff, which gave me peace of mind about my purchase. Scruffy, my cat, is absolutely loving the food and it's great that Petplanet always has it available.
Dry Dog Food
I bought some dry dog food from that company not long ago, and to be honest, I was pretty disappointed with how it turned up. The bag on the outside was all wrecked, and the one with the dog food inside was torn too. It wasn't a great way to begin, that's for sure.
Dog food order
I recently bought some dog food from your website, but there was a problem with the delivery. The courier, evri/hermes, thought the package was too big to deliver, even though they've delivered similar things to me before. I got in touch with Petplanet about it, and I have to say, their customer service was top-notch. They sorted everything out quickly and got my order to me the next day using DPD. I really appreciate how fast and efficient they were in dealing with my problem.
Pet supplies
I recently bought some pet supplies from Petplanet and needed them quite urgently. However, the delivery ended up going to the wrong address thanks to the local courier’s mistake, and I couldn't get it back. But, let me tell you, Petplanet's customer service was amazing! They acted swiftly and organised a next day delivery for the missing items, so I got everything I needed without any extra trouble. I have to say, I'm really impressed by how professional and dedicated they were in sorting out the problem so quickly.
Scanner for my hamster
I ordered this scanner for my hamster from Petplanet and it took ages to arrive (three whole days late!). And to top it off, it was just left outside in my garden around 9 at night. Not cool at all. When I tried to get a refund, they said no way, not happening. Really not impressed.
Damaged parcel, leaking cat litter
I got in touch with customer services about a parcel I received that was damaged and leaking cat litter. At first, I didn't hear back, but eventually found their reply in my spam folder. I'm thankful for them sending a replacement and am excited to get it soon.
Veterinary items for cats
I bought some stuff for my cats from this shop recently and I was really happy with how it all went. Ordering was simple and there were loads of options to choose from for my cats. The quick delivery was a nice bonus and I'll definitely be coming back here for all my cats' stuff.

Dry pet food
I was gutted when the package turned up all battered, and even the dry food inside had its packaging all messed up. Despite the long wait for delivery and the fact that EVRI left the package out in the rain, the Petplanet team were fast and effective in fixing things. All in all, I have to say that, despite the hiccups, their customer service is top-notch, and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
Cat litter purchase
I bought a lot of cat litter from an online pet store not long ago. The service was good and all, but I wasn't happy with how the product was packaged. It wasn't strong enough for the weight of the cat litter, so the package broke when it was delivered. Also, I didn't realise that delivery wasn't free unless you spent a certain amount. I think they need to improve the packaging so it doesn't get damaged during delivery.
Cat toys and treats
I'm so thrilled because I've just received my cat toys and treats from Petplanet. The customer service was absolutely fantastic, especially Kirsty who was so helpful with all my questions and made sure my parcel arrived on time. The items were exactly as described, and my cats are absolutely loving their new toys. Thank you, Petplanet!

I always love having dog around me as a pet. May be because I grew up with one as my dad was also a pet lover. So after I got a job and packed out of my dad's house to mine far-away, I missed everything about home including the dog. I was also feeling lonely and remembering that if I had a dog as a pet, it could keep me busy as we play together. The desire to own one struck me and I went for it. That didn't end there, taking care of it became a problem as I had no idea where pet items were sold. However, when I took it out for road walk, I met and consulted others who also came out with their dogs. Petplanet was referred to me for all dog needs.
