getting anyone on the line feels impossible, and when someone eventually replies nothing really happens. We've been stuck waiting months for a second account to be activated. Works fine otherwise; just wish their support was less... silent.
Dodged a longer bind
glad I didn’t stick with the three-year trap. They kept nudging me to add stuff and extend the deal, so it felt like paying for bits I didn’t want. I cancelled before renewal and honestly breathed easier — if you can, buy the phone outright and grab a decent SIM elsewhere, you'll thank yourself later.
Eventually sorted
Sitting with a damp mug and my laptop, I rang about a missing account detail and expected the usual faff. Took longer than I hoped to get through, but that was fine — in the end the adviser was patient, clear and genuinely keen to help. She laughed softly a couple of times which made the call easier, and she actually checked every avenue rather than brushing me off. I use the product every day for work calls and needed that number back, so the care mattered. Delivery of any follow-up emails was prompt too. All in all, felt supported.
