Good work
Basically they are into beautification work of furniture's and sofas,
Not recently, first month of last year Plumbs make me surprised when I reach to them through their site for said works. When it's finished I couldn't believe,these are same items..Just fantastic work
Cost doesn't matter when you feel happiness within you. I thanks these people .sofa covers and curtains
I was very nervous about the purchase but the rep, Amanda Skerritt, put me at ease and was fabulous. She made lots of helpful suggestions and helped me reach a decision. The covers were fitted this week and are beautiful and a great fit. I was given lots of additional tips for the room and caring for the items. Thank you, Amanda.
6 Dining chair seats recovered
Andrew Sheldon your local consultant arrived on time for both his visits. He was very helpful to my making a selection of suitable covers.

Covers are lovely but just over 12 month later had to return all seat covers as they had bobbled/bruised. Concerned that will repeat in another 12 months! Paid a LOT of money so not convinced these are good value despite the sales pitch.
2 sets of curtains
If I could give PLUMBS zero stars, I would.
I ordered curtains with corded tracks for two windows in the spring of 2023. When delivered the cords were so coarse that, when pulled, they were cutting my hand. So they had to go back and new uncorded tracks were ordered. When delivered one of the tracks was too short so it had to go back. When the new track was delivered it was still too short. Then a “clever” customer advisor, instead of asking for a new track to be supplied, put a raw plug into the wall, and pinned the end of the curtain to the raw plug. That looked awful so I AGAIN complained to PLUMBS Headquarters and again a new track was ordered. When that was fitted the curtains were getting “stuck” in the middle of the track so that had to be sorted. And then, the track on the second window snapped in the middle. I am still waiting for this to be sorted.
And I paid £ 2400 for the two sets of curtains, that is £ 1200 for one window. All I can say is, steer clear of PLUMBS. The customer consultants are freelancers, the track fitters are contractors and the curtains are probably made in China, although I cannot be sure of that. Communications between consultants, Plumbs HQ and track fitters are non effective, left hand does not know what the right is doing and the customer suffers.Sofa covers

Absolutely 1st class service. Andrew Sheldon, of Plumbs, could not have been more helpful. Re-upholstery was faster than expected, especially so close to the Christmas holiday.

Plumbs rep was very friendly, and helpful. The covers were delivered earlier than promised, and are a perfect fit. We were so pleased we have ordered covers for two other sofas we have. Thoroughly recommend Plumbs.
Recover electric recliner chair
I thought I would use a national company to ensure a good job was done and I wouldn't end up regretting having my leather electric recliner recovered in fabric. At no time during the initial visit after I had selected the fabric was I told that there would be problems with the nap. The fabric took ages to arrive and then a local upholsterers collected it and took 4 weeks to return it. I was so disappointed as the side panel on the back of the seat was a totally different colour to the rest and really stuck out. It was reluctantly taken away again after I complained with Plumbs saying "it was just the nap" .2 more weeks until it came back with just the same problem. I accept it was the nap but my argument is why didn't someone use a bit of common sense to stop work and tell me this fabric won't work (and then for them to do it again !) Also, if I had realised Plumbs just outsource the work to local upholsterers, I could have saved myself a £1000 if I had employed them directly! Great shame and a very expensive lesson learnt! Not good enough even with the 'goodwill gesture' of a £250 reduction in the cost! Never regretted anything more in my entire life as having used Plumbs and that is even after 2 marriages!
Sofa armchairs Tailored covers
Took 5 weeks instead of the 2-3. Unfortunately really let down. Furniture didn’t look like I expected or was promised, and ill fitting, plus still haven’t got the cushions I ordered or arm covers that was promised as way of compensation which I wasn’t happy with. Unable to get contact with manager.
Haven’t paid for it yet. But so very disappointed. Wished I hadn’t had furniture touched.
