I really enjoy watching TV series because they are so entertaining and diverse, giving us a peek into various cultures, particularly those from Asia that we don't often see.
Accidental movie rental
I rented a movie by mistake and got in touch with customer service about it. They quickly refunded my payment as I hadn't actually watched the film.
Movie app review
I believe this app is fantastic for watching movies, but the amount of ads is ridiculous! It's like I'm hit with 7 ads every 20 minutes of a movie. It's really irritating and spoils the whole movie-watching experience.

Please be careful as there have been some dodgy charges on accounts and the customer service team isn't great at sorting them out. There are big security problems with this service, so watch out.
Accidental purchase refund
I had a bit of a mishap with my LG TV when my child got hold of the remote and made an accidental purchase. I needed to get a refund, but ended up signing out of my account by mistake. Luckily, the customer service team was really great and managed to sort everything out by connecting both accounts and processing the refund quickly, even on a weekend. Their top-notch customer service really saved the day!
Software issue resolution
I had this issue with the soundtracks on films where there was this annoying clicking noise that kept repeating. But thankfully, the support team reached out to me right away to let me know they were going to investigate. After a couple of weeks, they got back to me and told me they had sorted it out by updating the app in the firmware for my TV model. They fixed the problem, and I was really impressed with their service.
No 5.1 audio
I was attempting to get my audio set up in Dolby Surround 5.1, but for some reason, it just wasn't happening. I was hoping to really feel like I was smack dab in the middle of all the action, but unfortunately, it didn't work out that way. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they sort out this problem soon so I can fully enjoy watching my movies.
Paying account, movie not available
I fancied watching a film, so I signed up to this website. But when I logged in, everything that caught my eye had disappeared! The movie I was keen on was nowhere to be seen, no matter how hard I searched. I tried looking in different languages and using various keywords, but still had no luck. Moreover, the platform promised free movie watching, which turned out to be false. I was hoping to be able to tweak the language of the website, but sadly, it was only available in English. I spent a lot of time trying to sort it out, but had no success.
Film rental rip-off
This is ridiculous! I rented a film, paid for it, and all I can watch is the trailer. Do you think this is okay? Definitely not. It feels like a rip-off!
Film selection
The film selection on this platform is absolutely brilliant, you have so many options to choose from which is great. However, I'm really annoyed with how they've managed the TV guide on here. The listings are frequently incorrect, there's wrong information, and if you accidentally press a button it sends you straight back to the home page. It's just too stressful to use the platform like this, it should be enjoyable. So, could you sort out these problems as soon as you can, please?
Quick response to refund request
I was really surprised at how fast they got back to me when I asked for a refund. Even though it was my mistake, the customer service team were really understanding and sorted out my refund quickly. They also gave me some helpful tips on setting up Parental Controls to avoid any more problems in the future. I'm really thankful for the fantastic service they gave me.
My film search
The website was so easy to find films and choose one to rent. But then, when I paid and was all set to watch it, I was told I needed to use a different browser. It's really frustrating! Why can't they make it compatible with the regular ones? Feeling annoyed now, I have to go and download a whole new browser just to watch the movie. It's not cool, man.
TV channels not working
On Sunday evening, June 26th, I had some problems with the TV channels. No matter how many times I tried to restart the search, I couldn't get the channels from Rakuten TV to show up. I even attempted to watch a movie (2050), but that didn't work out either. It was really frustrating and disappointing to come across these issues.
Customer service experience
I've been using the platform for ages, and recently, I had a really good experience with their customer service team. It turns out my child had bought some stuff without me knowing, so I got in touch with customer service for help. I was really surprised at how fast they replied and how quickly they sorted everything out. I would definitely suggest giving their customer service a go.
