Affordable and quality glasses
I'm absolutely over the moon with my experience at this company. Firstly, I found the perfect pair of glasses that weren't just trendy but also much cheaper than other stores. And the best bit is that the quality was top-notch too.
Secondly, when I needed to get in touch with the customer service team about my prescription, they were super helpful and sorted everything out quickly. It's always lovely to get such excellent service from a company.
Thirdly, I thought I'd give the home trial pack a go to try out some other frames, and I was really impressed with how fast it arrived. Sending back the frames was a breeze and the whole process was really simple.

I don't usually write reviews, but I just had to share how impressed I was with my visit to this eyewear store. The quality of the glasses, frames, and finish was amazing. I recently had three pairs of glasses reglazed at this company. However, when I got them back, I found my vision to be uncomfortable and disorienting. Despite this not being their fault, I must say the customer service from Emma and Jonathan was outstanding. They really went out of their way to help me figure out the problem and fix it, even though the returns time had already passed. It turned out the issue was actually with the prescription from a high street retailer. I was really impressed by the dedication and effort Emma and Jonathan put in to help me, especially since they could have just turned me away. I'll definitely be going back to this company for my reglazing needs in the future.
Sunglasses and Glasses Case with free accessories
The service at this place is absolutely fantastic! I got my glasses the next day, much quicker than I thought. The quality of the products I received was excellent, I really liked my new sunglasses and glasses case. But what really impressed me were the little extras - a complimentary bottle of cleaner and a mini screwdriver set for my key ring! It's the small touches like that which make this place stand out. And the price was great too, I was really happy with it. All in all, I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at this place.
Home try-on glasses, disappointed with quality
I was quite interested in the concept of trying on glasses from home, so I thought I'd give it a try. The package arrived quickly, and I was eager to try on the various frames. However, much to my disappointment, every single pair of glasses looked wonky on my face. After taking a closer look, I realised that all the pairs were uneven when placed on a flat surface. I went to get my eyes tested at a local opticians and they tried to get me to buy new glasses or pay a lot of money to change the lenses in my current ones.
