Honestly, I’m baffled by the five-star claims. My order was handled poorly, replies felt dismissive, and delivery promises weren’t kept. I’ve had smoother experiences with far smaller firms. Really disappointing, especially when nobody seemed willing to take responsibility.
Uneasy after applying
Not long after I uploaded ID documents, my daughter began getting odd emails, texts and WhatsApps. I cannot say where they came from, but it made the whole process feel uncomfortable. Then the vacancy seemed to disappear as well. I’d think carefully before sending sensitive paperwork online to anyone.

one agent ended the call abruptly, then did it again when I called back. That left me annoyed and cautious; I'd suggest checking who's on the phone before you rely on them.
