I only relaxed when I picked up the properly printed certificate from the print shop — that’s when I realised it would do the job. Before that I’d faffed about editing the faint text myself, and it took ages to get any response about the payment hiccup. I’d chosen instant print hoping to avoid postage, only to find it needed a commercial press, not my home printer. It’s a bit clunky, and support was slow, but it works for family awards and casual bits, so I’d try them again.
