the back‑pedal brake took a bit of getting used to, and I kept double‑checking it at first. WhatsApp customer support replied quickly and the delivery/collection crew were polite and professional. Not perfect, but perfectly usable; if I had one tip it'd be to try the braking before you ride off. Reasonable price for what you get. Would rent again.
Rocky start, usable bike
not a great welcome but the bike works. I booked a Waterloo pick-up and turned up to a closed shop — strange, because support admitted other people had reported the same. After a bit of faff I went to Shoreditch and got the bike, only to find the handlebar was wobbling later. I'll have to take it back, which is annoying for a brand-new hire. That said, once riding it's fine and probably what I expected from the service overall. My gripe is the price here in the UK compared to Austria — feels steep for the quality. Tip: call ahead or be ready to swap locations; they should check bikes before handover.
