I'd use them again — quick and uncomplicated. I rang up first to check they actually had the replacement screen, which they did, so that helped. I ordered online but the return label didn't show up in my email; sent a message and Tech Repairs replied straight away with a link so I could print it. Phone came back in about 48 hours and was wrapped up very securely (no rattling bits inside). Nothing flashy, just efficient — felt like they knew what they were doing. If you're picky, call to confirm stock and watch your spam folder for the label. Price seemed fair to me, and frankly I was a bit relieved it all worked out without hassle.
Bit of a faff, but sorted in the end
Overall, glad it was resolved, though the delivery dragged on and was unnecessarily messy. I ordered at the start of December and got an order confirmation with a Royal Mail tracking number, but that tracking never moved and the system showed Royal Mail hadn’t even received it. I chased by email and via the website after a few days, then sent a marked-urgent message — which finally got a reply saying the tracking they'd given was incorrect and that they'd send the right details next day. Still no parcel; Royal Mail later showed it as delivered but the proof of delivery was blank. In the end the seller re-sent the item and even upgraded the delivery, which I appreciated. So the customer service fixed it, but it took longer than it should have and left me hanging for a while. It’s a busy season, fair enough, but please double-check tracking info — makes life easier for everyone.
