This has made such a difference to my daily routine. Because my arm movement is limited, drying off used to be a frustrating bit of the day. Now I can manage much more on my own, which honestly feels brilliant. It’s simple to use and I’ve used it every day since it arrived. The follow-up emails from the company were a nice touch too. I’d definitely suggest it to anyone wanting a little more independence.
A genuinely useful bit of kit
clear emails in English, a fast response, repair arranged, then they held the return until we were back from holiday. I’ve had far less helpful after-sales service elsewhere, so this was a pleasant surprise.
A small change that helps daily
I didn’t expect to be this pleased. After a few awkward minutes fitting it two months ago, the Vairyo’s been in daily use and it’s made drying so much easier for my wife — she gets breathless because of a chronic heart condition, and standing with a towel was becoming a struggle. My first impression was that it looked solid and was simple to use. The airflow is warm but gentle, not a blast, and it feels reassuring rather than clinical. Not perfect — the remote is a bit fiddly and installation took a bit of patience — but overall very useful, and customer support were very helpful when we called.
