Replacement of wooden sash windows
I recently made the decision to change my wooden sash windows, so I got in touch with Ventrolla as well as two other companies for some quotes. Ventrolla's Jennie Gaunt was the first to reply to my message, and soon after Neil Jackson came by to do an initial survey for replacing three sash windows, which included a bay window. I was really impressed with Neil's knowledge and enthusiasm for the job, as well as with the company in general. He wasn't pushy at all, and he made me feel assured about the quality of Ventrolla's work. After Neil's visit, I decided to cancel the other appointments because I was sure that Ventrolla was the right choice for me.

Recently I had my old Victorian sash windows refurbished by a great team of professionals who did a fantastic job. They were very clear and quick in their communication about the work required right from the beginning. The team, made up of Don, George, and James, were not only polite and professional but also made sure I could carry on with my work while they were working on site. They did a brilliant job on the windows, leaving them spotless and now they open smoothly without any cold air coming in. I am really pleased with the result and would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for window refurbishment.
A perfect repair that saved the day.
Our sash window had been spoilt for months. We invited different people to help repair them but was not achievable. We tried all we could and when it seems no solution we decided to remove it totally. The day we planned to remove it someone told us about Ventrolla. We decided to give it a last try. We booked a service through their websites to help repair our sash window. We stayed in Filey and we got some installers who stayed around easily. We made our payment. The repairers came as promised and assisted in repairing the windows. It was done perfectly and till today we have had no issues with it. Thanks, Ventrolla.

Recently, I had my sash windows fixed up by a really good tradesperson. The lad who did the work, let's call him Justin, was not only really good at what he did but also really nice to deal with. I got some sash windows sorted at my Old Rectory from 1789. It was a bit tricky because of how old the place is, but Derek Oswald did an amazing job. The windows are in place nicely and they look fantastic. I'm chuffed that I can now take them out easily for a fresh coat of paint. Derek was top-notch the whole way through, and he even showed me how to keep the windows in good shape. He was really good with my two little ones too.

Door and windows installation
I had a bit of a mixed experience with the door and windows installation. It took nearly a year for them to be put in, which was quite frustrating. But I was pleased when they finally got it done.
Unfortunately, the door only had one lock and the glass wasn't quite right, causing some inconvenience. I had to complain here and to the management to get it sorted out. But to be honest, they are now working on fixing these issues, which has made my overall experience better.
