I almost didn't order because the site looked a bit cheap and the price was suspiciously low, so I was worried from the start. They took the money straight away though, showed a delivery date a few days later and then nothing happened. I chased the tracking, rang and left several messages, emailed a few times and finally got a reply from someone called Karla who said she'd chase the vendor if it didn't move. That felt reassuring for a day or two, I must admit — at least someone answered — but after I sent screenshots showing no movement the replies stopped. It's now well over the promised window and I still have no refund. I've had worse communication from other sellers, but this string of silence is poor. Glad they responded initially, but overall still waiting and a bit let down.
Thought it was sorted — then it went wrong
I remember unpacking the coils and actually feeling relieved, because I’d been trying to quit smoking and needed something that worked reliably. For the first couple of days the flavour was bang on and I thought, yes, this is doing the job. That’s the moment I knew I was satisfied. Then, after three or four days every coil started tasting burnt, no matter the e-liquid. I bought four packs of Vaporesso GTI coils, tried phoning, emailed and filed the replacement request like they told me, but got nothing back. Bit gutted, really — felt ignored after they said they’d “take care” of it. Practical product, shame about the quality control and customer care.
Pod staple
I was standing by the kettle this morning and realised how much I rely on Ejuice Connect pods. They’re simple to swap, don’t leak in my coat pocket and give a steady hit each time — proper consistency, which matters when you’re juggling calls or on the train. I use them every day, mainly for quick breaks at work and during the commute, and the flavours stay the same order after order. Packaging is tidy, deliveries turn up quickly and customer emails actually get answered without the usual faff. I’ve probably made around thirty orders in the last year and only once had to buy elsewhere because something was out of stock. Prices are noticeably lower than the corner shop; I’ve paid double or triple locally before. Occasionally a batch tastes slightly off, but that’s rare. Overall it’s reliable, good value and fits into my routine without drama — I’ll keep ordering from them.
Don't trust 'fast' shipping to WA
don't expect the 5-day shipping to happen if you're in Washington. I ordered on 5 January and paid extra; label was made on 6 January but by 19 January the parcel was stuck in Alaska. The odd, slightly surprising thing was that the support agent said she sees this all the time with WA orders. So yeah, someone admitted the problem, but admission didn't fix it. They refused to refund the shipping fee, so I'm out $31.26 and had to spend another $45 locally to get what I needed on time. I've disputed the charge with my bank and filed a complaint with the BBB. Also, oddly, the item itself was fine and packed well. Buying local saved me stress even if it cost more; I wish they'd stop charging for a service they can't provide.
Worth sticking with, for now
a couple of drops in the morning while I commute and a few puffs after dinner to wind down. The stuff itself is consistent, flavours are dependable and that made me try again. Delivery can be slow now, sometimes a week or more, and I don’t love how the promo setup has shifted, but my orders do arrive and generally intact. Customer service is alright when you need them, not perfect but responsive. So my doubts didn’t fully disappear — I’m still watching prices and delivery times — but the product works for my routine, which is why I’m still a returning customer.
Little victory, mostly confusion
Funny thing — I was half asleep, scrolling after Boxing Day and saw a deal that looked perfect for the bits I buy for my flat (mainly the coffee kit I use every morning, the thing that salvages me). At first I was sceptical — the page loudly said “free shipping over £100” and then the promo code box promised a discount. That nagging feeling you get when it’s too neat stuck with me. I nearly hit pay, then stopped, dug into reviews and screenshots, sent a couple of questions. Customer service (shout-out to Kyle) was annoyingly quick with emails and even asked for screenshots back, which calmed me down a bit — he was polite, if a tad literal about the wording. In the end I didn’t go through with the order because the small-print meant the code only applied to either the discount or the free postage, not both, and that felt a bit like a cheeky twist. So my distrust didn’t completely vanish, but the helpful replies turned irritation into cautious respect. If you care about clear pricing, double-check before you buy — I’ll probably shop again, just more careful next time.
Quiet start, shaky finish
not great at first, but it ended up a bit less terrible. I ordered from the site expecting the usual turnaround and cheaper bottles, but the parcel never seemed to move from Florida and I got no replies for ages. I tried email and phoned — nothing. So I disputed the £82 charge with my bank and chased a missing-parcel case with the postal service, because I couldn't wait around. In the meantime I had to re-order from a different retailer I trust (been using them for years), which added roughly another £110 to the hit all in. That was annoying.
After I left a review someone finally got back to me — Karla, who was polite and clear — and said if the delivery hasn't arrived by the 27th they'll refund me (they'd given a 14-business-day window after the expected delivery on the 6th). So that was fair, and I'm slightly reassured they followed up, but I'm still out of pocket for the interim and won't risk this again soon. Their prices are noticeably better — about £3–4 less per bottle — and that would be tempting if the logistics were reliable. One other detail: the other shop uses UPS, not USPS, which might explain fewer problems for me there. All in all: decent value, shaky delivery and patchy communication, turned into an OK result but with extra hassle.
