Halfway through pairing the watch for my son I hit a wall; support walked me through each step and stayed patient, which mattered — I use the watch for school runs and quick health checks, so getting it right was important. It wasn't instant, there was a bit of faff, but the team were calm and clear, which I appreciated.
Helped out when I messed up
I first spotted this on a mate's shelf and bought one soon after. I cocked up the registration and thought I'd be stuck, but support — a chap called Astral — rang and sorted it, stayed with me until it worked. The gadget feels tidy, light and simple to use; daily use is reassuring, menus sensible, no faff. Glad I bought it and already told a friend.
Sorted the kid's watch

Really solid support
I was genuinely surprised — their support was excellent from the start. A colleague tipped me off about their Better Roaming plan and I saw the offer on their site, but I hadn't bothered installing it straight away. After a week Astral rang to ask if I needed help. He calmly talked me through the steps, didn't rush, and sorted the issue while I followed along. He then checked back a couple of times to make sure it stayed working. I don't expect a telco to fuss over a small account, so I'm pleased they did. Felt relieved and grateful for the patience.
