I am using yearly calling offer,data and sometimes international calls.
When expenses calculated,I found it very special.
For this you have to check it yourself.
All sounds good if you do not need them. Great looking website, they say all. the right words, until it goes wrong, then God help you. Went online ordered a SIm card paid half the money as the first months cost? Then it took me to where it said I must top up, oh I thought the half-price was, paid. Must be me so paid again my top up of £5 and then in a loop to where it. said my balance was NIL, paid now three £5 and £2.50 plus (no idea why. £1.95) received 3 Sim's and the phone was working "even with my old number" Looked at the bank account and saw the error phoned Lebara, a really helpful guy said he could see the problem and he would refund £10 (I had not got the energy to ask about the £15 I should have returned. After a few days, the phone said I had run out of credit and I should top up. Even though I paid "dearly for the month". By now steam was coming from me. Needed Valium to say the least. A few days later text chated and the response was oh I see the problem I will refund the other £5. Then as soon as he did this the account said I had to TOP UP as I was down to £3. And to make it worse they had somehow switched off the Auto top-up that I had set up! This company is one of the "worst I have ever dealt with" Go to ANY others but not them unless you tick every box and NEVER need to contact them. Or just don't use a phone. Anything is better than Lebara. Out of 10 is there less than 0?

SIM Only 30 day contract
Don't be fooled by the good offers if you get a problem they are useless. They will argue with you, talk to you like an idiot and then blame you because their systems don't work. I can only assume they have employed a reputation company to boost their review scores, check how many people that have given 5 stars have only done a single review.
Save yourself a lot of grief and stay clear of this company - you have been warned.

Data services are terrible..............very slow and suddenly go off for days without notice. Poor customer service. They do no work on weekends and no empathy is shown, nor any remorse felt for the several losses they have caused me at work!
Will never patronise their services again!!
Joined LEBARA, received SIM, activated SIM, requested number transfer, Tranfer accepted and received date of transfer. Transfer never happen, LEBARA SIM no longer works. Phoned LEBARA, eventually got to speak to an operator, could not understand her English so eventually got through that and cancelled any agreement, then had difficulty getting through to the operator that I would like written conformation that my contract was cancelled and I will receive a refund, operator sent me an email but neither cancelled or refund was mentioned? Nightmare !!!!
LEBARA HAVE to be the WORST USELESS PATHETIC network I have ever had the MISFORTUNE to use . Last weekend they left us
A WHOLE 4 DAYS WITHOUT ANY SERVICE AT ALL..They NEVER APOLOGIZE,THEY NEVER EXPLAINED SOD ALL . Then today they come.up with this guess your age crap to be able to access some sites. Typical LEBARA> IT DOES NOT EVEN WORK.
THEY REALLY ARE THE BIGGEST BUNCH OF COWBOYS WHEN IT COMES TO MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDERS.
DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PATHETIC AMATEUR NETWORK THAT BARELY WORKS 10% OF THE TIME .
ON TOP OF ALL THAT , THEY "STEAL" YOUR CREDIT AND CON YOU INTO BELIEVING YOU USED 10 GB IN 3 DAYS.

Calls and data nothing is working from lebara for the past 3 days. No information provided by the vendor, I was in emergency and could not call or message or email or WhatsApp anyone for help. Very very disappointed wit the service and this is still it’ll not working
