I first heard about the service when my estate agent included it as a housewarming gift, which was a genuinely thoughtful touch. On paper it sounded ideal, especially while trying to sort a move. In practice, though, I found myself doing most of the legwork anyway. Replies to my texts and emails were either very slow or never came, and the advice on devices was pretty thin. There seemed to be just one security choice and no help with anything beyond broadband. Shayla didn’t come across as particularly approachable, sadly. I was hoping for guidance, but ended up researching and arranging everything myself.

My sister mentioned them, and Brandi patiently talked me through the first-buyer bits. Honestly, I’d expected confusion, so I’m really glad it felt manageable.
