I'm really disappointed with the service from Mobile Phones Direct. I've been having problems with my phone since January and despite trying to sort it out, nothing's really changed. I even sent the phone back but still got charged £180 by Vodafone for a service that Mobile Phones Direct didn't actually provide. It's frustrating that they're not acknowledging or doing anything about it. I had to leave a bad review just to get a response, but even then, it's like nothing's being done. They say the contract's over, but Vodafone hasn't heard anything, so it's all just a mess.
