I realised I was happy the moment support sorted a billing niggle on the call — I thought, okay, this works. Speeds and coverage have stayed steady where I use it recently, and sign-up was painless too. Had worse elsewhere, frankly.
Nice phone, messy purchase
I ordered, got an email saying 'out of stock' and yet the money left my account. Tried calling, straight to answerphone, left messages, no call back. It's a shame — device is good, admin wasn't. I'd check other sellers first.
Decent SIM, dodgy cashback
I waited two months then got an email saying my order was cancelled, which it wasn’t. Customer service hasn't sorted it. I’ve had better luck elsewhere, though oddly the activation was quick and painless.
A bit of a rollercoaster
the phone turned up on 25 April, packed fine and working. So delivery eventually was spot on, even if the customer service was shambolic. I've had worse with other firms, but nicer communication would have helped.
Efficient and straightforward
it worked well and I'd go back. I was cautious because of mixed feedback online, but phoned to order a new handset and monthly plan and that made things easier. The agent sounded calm and professional, told me to expect a few days for shipping. Oddly, they rang me within the hour to complete a quick security check — apparently the model was in stock — and then confirmed next‑day delivery. The parcel arrived the following morning, within the hour slot, delivered by DPD. No fuss, no drama. My only tip is don’t ignore the verification call or you’ll delay it; otherwise I’ve already mentioned them to family.
Quite good, but a few caveats
the people I dealt with were polite and fairly efficient, and I do want the phone for everyday stuff — work emails on the commute, maps when I'm out and about, music and the odd video call — so I'm pleased overall, just a bit cautious. What let it down was that the handset I ordered turned out to be out of stock, which I only found out after I'd been approved and after a few days of chasing. They asked me for photographic ID (passport/driving licence) as part of the process — I get why, but I wasn't entirely comfortable handing that over. Communication was professional, to their credit, and they said they'd email updates, so I'm now waiting for the next notice (not ideal, but manageable). Also annoying: their site still advertises the same device with loads of plans, which feels misleading when it's not actually available. So yes, I'd recommend them — with the caveat that you should be ready for a possible wait and double-check stock before you get too excited.
