Great app and great provider. Love it.
I've been with Smarty for 3 months now and not a single outage. It's basically the 3 network but cheaper! Pretty decent for the price! Customer service takes about a day to respond when they do so they are super polite and effective. The app is way better than the Giffgaff one and allows you to see all your usage and calls and messages numbers as far back as when you first joined! Giffgaff does not offer this unless you write to them and pay them for it! Ps. I am a genuine customer. I'm on 30 gig data a month unlimited texts and calls for £10.00. - They also offer unlimited data, calls and texts for £20.00 a month!

I came to England and phone not working .My old number was ported from Vodaphone 07768 977 423. The phone says "NO SIM" although its still inside.After purchasing your sevice i was subsequently told to would be ROAMING in Guernsey and had to buy expensive Add ON.
I should be using my monthly charge in England but NOTHING ?

Overall I'm very happy after having made the switch from another provider that I found was very expensive.
It was super easy to set up and if you to ask one question on Twitter which they responded to within 2 minutes or you can use the customer services chat line on their website.I've been with EE for 25 years. Saw your advert today. I want to change please!

The calls and data quality is as good as Three, i used to be a customer.

The only downside I would said is that they don't have phone customer service, however their chat is quick.
Also their website is quite simply, buti have noticed they added a new group save feature since i signed up, which can save a further 10%.
I am hoping they will bring out an app soon.am totally disappointed with this mobile and i will be leaving soon. it is a crap! my ip address keeps changing every seconds and i cannot log into online banking dues to constant change of ip address. finally, the coverage is very very poor, both for 3G and 4G. take out here please.

So far so good. Ordered sim, it came the next day. Requested to take my number over to Smarty, nice and easy, completed last week, only took two working days. Had a couple of questions and the guys on the online chat were very helpful.
Signal has been fine, faster speeds on the internet than my previous network, easy to use dashboard to see what you've used. They also do a thing where they take money off your bill each month for any unused data.They have also just set up EU roaming, so theres no extra costs, just comes out of your monthly balance. So that's an added bonus.
So time will tell, but impressed so far.
Another thing they do is a friend referral scheme, for every friend you recommend, if they sign up, you get a free month and so do they!Monthly contract with 40gb data
I'm really happy with the monthly plan I got from Smarty. Having a monthly contract gives me the freedom I want without being stuck in a long-term agreement. Even though I don't use up all 40gb of data every month, it's good to have that extra data there just in case. The signal from Smarty is really reliable and I haven't had any problems with connection. Plus, the price of the plan is really fair for the amount of data I get, so it's great value for money.
Subscription cancellation process
As someone who used this service for about three months, I think it's really important to be able to cancel payments easily. I had a bad time with another provider before, as I had a hard time figuring out how to cancel my subscription. I ended up changing my virtual credit card number instead, which was a bit of a hassle. But with this service, I was happy to see that they explain the cancellation process clearly and that made me feel better about not getting any surprise charges in the future. The fact that cancelling my subscription was so transparent and easy has made me happy with the whole experience so far.

ordering was fine but when i placed sim in my unlocked phone it asked for a PUK code. This has never happened with other different sims in this phone i have used 02, bt and sky and my phone never asked for this code. frustrated that i cannot speak to a person at smarty it is webchat only to explain this they emailed back to phone old provider for the code. I knew phone was unlocked but phoned old provider anyway who confirmed my phone is unlocked and has no PUK code. Told smarty this and they cannot answer why. Cancelled sim same day just annoying that not very adapt at helping with problems of their sim. Smarty needs a customer service number not webchat.
Wifi connectivity at Stanley Grove in Croydon
The wifi in Stanley Grove in Croydon was a bit dodgy in some spots, especially downstairs. I had to keep going up and down to get a decent connection. But when it was working well, the services were top-notch and dependable.

Slow transfer
I bought a new phone and transferred my number over two weeks ago. It's been a right pain because the transfer still hasn't gone through properly! I can't get any calls or messages, and I can't even get my PAC code to switch networks. The so-called "help" team just keeps giving me the runaround, and it's making me really annoyed!

Sim card
