Monthly contract with 40gb data
I'm really happy with the monthly plan I got from Smarty. Having a monthly contract gives me the freedom I want without being stuck in a long-term agreement. Even though I don't use up all 40gb of data every month, it's good to have that extra data there just in case. The signal from Smarty is really reliable and I haven't had any problems with connection. Plus, the price of the plan is really fair for the amount of data I get, so it's great value for money.
Subscription cancellation process
As someone who used this service for about three months, I think it's really important to be able to cancel payments easily. I had a bad time with another provider before, as I had a hard time figuring out how to cancel my subscription. I ended up changing my virtual credit card number instead, which was a bit of a hassle. The network coverage from this service is just terrible. I've had so many issues with getting coverage in places like Bristol, Leeds, and Nottingham. On top of that, I had a real hassle trying to reply to a fraud text message, because SMARTY doesn't let you text premium numbers. Because of this rule, my credit card got frozen, which shows a big problem with how the service works. Overall, my time with this network has been really disappointing, and now I don't want to keep using their services at all.

Phone contract referral issue
I'm really let down by the "Refer a Friend" scheme at this company. I've referred two people to sign up, and both times, Smarty has said they didn't use my link, even though they did. I even showed videos to prove it, but I was told I'm using the wrong browser, Safari. It's annoying to see ads for the program on their reviews page while dealing with this.<br><br>However, I have to admit, the price for the phone contract is actually pretty good.

SIM card for my phone
I picked up a SIM card from this place, but I wish I had known they use the Three network because the coverage is pretty rubbish in London and a few other spots. Also, it's a pain that you can't stream for more than ten minutes at a time. I reckon that's why their data prices are so low.
Affordable plan with occasional network issues

Mobile phone contract for use in Italy and Switzerland
My experience with this company was absolutely awful. I bought a mobile phone contract specifically for using in Italy and Switzerland. However, when I got to Italy, the SIM card didn't work at all, leaving me unable to contact anyone in case of an emergency. So, I had to buy a Vodafone SIM card just to let my family know I was safe. Then, in Switzerland, I had to get an extra add-on package to be able to use the phone for emergencies. But the company's app sent me to buy the wrong add-on, causing a really stressful and risky situation during my therapy session. The customer service was useless, they only offered a refund for the add-on package, not for the cost of the Vodafone SIM card I had to buy to feel secure. The company's communication was really dismissive and unapologetic, refusing to admit their mistakes.
