I've just finished braces and needed retainers, so I ordered from 2Usmiles. The moulded ones fit really well, comfy enough to sleep in and I wear them every night — they stop the panic about teeth shifting after coffee. Delivery was slower than I'd hoped, arrived a few days late and tracking was vague. Customer service were polite and sorted my question after I emailed, though it took a day. Overall I'm pleased, would tell friends but expect a small wait.
A smile I thought I'd lost

I was wary of online aligners, worried they'd be mediocre or a gimmick, and unsure about doing it remotely. Those doubts faded fast. The remote process was straightforward, they were really responsive and sorted minor issues without me having to chase. Treatment pace suited my comfort, no pointless office visits, which I appreciated. My teeth are straight again, nothing flashy, just proper alignment. I needed to feel confident again for social situations and small work meetings. I don't often write reviews, or rarely — but I'm genuinely pleased and relieved.
