Many people who haven't travelled via ferry have never experienced the sheer pleasure of the holiday starting the moment you're on board. The ferry gives you an oppurtunity to take a break from the driving and sit back with a cuppa, watching the waves go by. Most of the time, it's a lot cheaper to take the ferry, and you're able to load your car up with as much luggage as you would like - without being charged extra. Depending on where you're going and what ferry you get, you may be met with luxuries such as on board cinemas, kids clubs, buffets and bars - you'll never want to get off. If you're interested in booking a ferry, then AFerry might be the website for you. But before you load up the car, check out our customer reviews for real experiences regarding the AFerry booking service, as this way, you can be certain that this is the website that will fulfil all of your ferry requirements.

I am not so daring as my other colleagues. Even I don't know swimming..So hardly accept any challange related to river and sea ..Keep always away from such stunts. But I booked this trip to Ireland by AFerry services Well charges are heavy in my point of view but services and overall behaviour was excellent,no doubt. My main fondness is food which was not as per my aspectaion probably sue to my typical test. This was a standard Ferry from a reputed London company..Yes this was awesome..My first trip to Ireland by AFerry become historical for me and daring too as I was alone but never feel like this . Very friendly people, supportive people who kept my zeal live.
Absolutely dire. I ordered a ferry to Fishbourne from Portsmouth, and then a return later that day. It was pointed out when I drove into the terminal that I was supposed to leave Fishbourne at the time I was actually leaving from Portsmouth. The order was completely the wrong way round. That was probably my mistake. However, I was advised to contact AFerry by WightLink staff in order to make sure that I could get the ferry to Portsmouth at the time that I had ordered. I tried to find a telephone number... none supplied. I tried to contact them through their chat service. I started the conversation in the morning. No response. I tried again later, well before my leave time. In the end I turned up at the Fishbourne terminal hoping that I could get on the return ferry. I did thanks to WightLink staff. While on the ferry home I received a response. Absolutely terrible customer service. I may have made a mistake, but it is for the company to provide customer service for their customers. They failed and I will never use these cowboys again.
Appalling customer service. In fact, worse than that - non-existent. Very hard to find a way to get in touch and when you finally find the tiny button to use their chat system, there is no response. The phone number has an automated message telling you to use their chat system, then hangs up. Not using these cowboys again.
