Booking a ferry trip
The website was really straightforward to use and I had no trouble booking my ferry journey. But, I did notice that there was some info missing about the various upgrade choices like Lounge 1, Lounge 2, and Business class. It would be handy to see photos and detailed explanations for each kind of upgrade. Also, as someone who's travelling with them for the first time, I wasn't sure about how much luggage I could bring on board. It would be really helpful to have a quick note about baggage allowances for other customers.

I got my ferry tickets online really quickly and easily, just like a walk in the park! The website was so user-friendly, just like playing a game on my tablet. The only thing that had me scratching my head was what happens if I haven't booked my rental car yet? Do I need to do that before or can I sort it out later? It would be handy if they had a little pop-up to give you a heads up about that kind of thing.

E-tickets printing requirement
I wasn't too happy about having to print out the tickets instead of being able to keep them on my phone in an app or wallet. It would have been much easier just to show an e-ticket on my phone instead of having to hunt down a printer, especially in this day and age.

I recently booked a trip through this service and ended up making a mistake with the passenger's name. I tried to fix it right away, but it proved to be quite difficult. I had to cancel my original booking with reference DFP172394934/Alilauro 41277TEPAZ and make a new booking with reference DFP172398670/Alilauro 41277TEPZR. I am still waiting for the refund of €99.99 to be processed back to my payment card for the cancelled booking. To add to the frustration, it appears that the passenger names on the tickets weren't even checked properly.
