As someone who has used the services of bad travel company, I can say the services of a travel agent can either make travel experience enjoyable or ruin it for you. I have had experiences on such journey in different occasions. More reasons I was pushing and pushing for alternatives until I found a better travel agent in Crystal Travel. Crystal Travel has displayed in practice what traveling experience should be like and I give it to them for being so different from others. More interesting is making available options for different categories of people based on interest such as student travel, military travel, weekend travel, beach and recreation travel and so on.
Flight ticket purchase
I've been using this travel agency for a while now and I have to say, they really do have the best rates for airline tickets. The staff have always been helpful and professional, which makes the booking process so easy.

I've just gone and booked a trip using a travel agency and checked out prices on a few different websites. Expedia was charging nearly double what they advertised, eDreams and Opodo were trying to be sneaky by getting people to sign up for a subscription to see the prices they advertised. However, Crystal Travel stuck to their word and charged exactly what they said with no hidden costs. Plus, my tickets came through quickly. It was nice to have an honest pricing and an easy transaction. Thanks a lot.
