I wouldn’t trust them with a date-specific booking. I found the weekend deal on their website and told my partner straight away, we were actually excited about celebrating our 35th. Problem was the site jumped the calendar to March without me noticing and when I rang Destinia they pretty much said cancel and no refund. I asked if they could nudge the hotel to move us to this weekend — we don’t want money back — but they insisted on cancellation. I phoned the hotel, they said a request could be made, but Destinia didn’t seem bothered. Annoying and disappointing.
