they sorted one leg but not the other. I’m happy the outgoing crossing got fixed after a long chat wait, but the return still shows the wrong name and they say they can’t change it — even though their form asked for two names and I gave both. I waited about an hour in chat to get one ticket sorted, which felt tedious, and their claim that they sent specific instructions seems off because I haven’t seen any. Staff were polite once on it, so mixed feelings. My tip: double‑check names, keep screenshots and ask for written confirmation by email.
Not the little lifeline I hoped for
it wasn't. The signal in the car area was patchy, pages crawled, Google Maps took ages to pin my location and I spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to set a route while parked and sweating. There were tiny moments it worked (enough to check a junction), but mostly it felt like paying for hope. I get that ferries are tricky and I’m not expecting fibre at sea, but for navigation this was disappointing. So my doubts before purchasing didn’t go away — they were confirmed. Bit of a bummer, but at least I have a funny story.
