Flight booking
I recently booked a flight with Globehunters and had a good experience. The price I was first given was a bit higher when I went to confirm my booking, but the customer service team was really helpful and understanding. They agreed to stick to the initial price we had talked about, even though I had already bought tickets somewhere else. I was really impressed by their commitment to making sure I was happy as a customer. Because of this, I will definitely be using Globehunters for my future travel plans.
Flight tickets to Costa Rica
So, I was trying to book flight tickets to Costa Rica, you know? I went on this website to buy them. But then, after I put in all my details, it said there was a problem with the payment and told me to give them a call. So, I called them, and they assured me that everything was sorted and that they would send me my flight details in an email. But, would you believe it? I never received that email! Later on, they rang me, saying that the seats I wanted had all been taken and tried to persuade me to pay extra for different seats. How rude is that? In the end, I managed to find the same tickets but at a cheaper price elsewhere. Globehunters, that's not cool. Not cool at all.
Flight tickets
I purchased some tickets from this place, but they failed to buy them on time. The price shot up from $323 to $805 for no apparent reason. Instead of contacting me, they called my daughter, which wasn't great. A lady called Olivia claimed she was too busy to assist. I wouldn't recommend using their services, they are a real nuisance!
Booking issue with no confirmation
I was really let down by how things went with this company. I tried to book a flight but never got any confirmation. It wasn't until just 3 days before the flight that I found out it hadn't actually been booked. They never even bothered to let me know - I had to get in touch with them to find out what happened. That lack of communication and responsibility from their end was totally not on.

I just wanted to say a massive thanks to Naulak G for being really awesome and helpful when I was booking my flights to Spain. He's honestly the best, he didn't even get annoyed when I kept changing my mind about dates and all that. Thanks a lot, Naulak! Best wishes to you!

I booked a flight with Globehunters recently, and I have to say it was a really smooth and hassle-free experience. From looking for the best deals to confirming my booking, everything was really straightforward. The website was easy to use, and I had no problems at all finding the right flight for my trip. The customer service was excellent too, with the staff being really responsive and helpful the whole way through. Overall, I was really impressed with the service I got from Globehunters.
Last-minute flight booking
So, I needed to book a flight last minute for a trip abroad and it was really stressful because the prices kept changing and my bank was being difficult about approving the payment. But this guy called Naulak Gino from the company was a total lifesaver, he was incredibly helpful and patient in sorting everything out. It definitely made my life a bit easier dealing with all the chaos.

My experience with the customer service team was really great. The person I spoke to, Naulak, was so helpful and attentive. He listened to what I needed and gave me all the info I needed to book my flight without any problems. Naulak genuinely wanted to help customers and you could tell from how he answered my questions with enthusiasm and empathy. He did everything he could to make sure I had a good experience and even gave me some tips to make my journey better. I felt really valued and appreciated as a customer when I talked to him.

Company are a joke! They ring you after booking saying the fare has increased and they want more money! When you refuse to pay they won't refund you! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I have been married to my husband for 6 years but we never traveled out of England due to our poor income as at then. The marriage though fun but was boring. So I was working hard at office to receive promotion that will come with improvement in my earnings. Fortunate for me, I was promoted and my salary was almost doubled with other benefits. As a surprise, I thought of taking my family for vacation. The problem was working with a reliable travel company. To cut the story short, Globehunters did the work for us. I only paid them their charges which to me were okay compared to others. We traveled for the vacation for two weeks and back without stress.
