Terraced house near Gullane's coast
The terraced house was in a great spot near Gullane's lovely coastal area, just a short walk from a beautiful beach and some fantastic golf courses. Inside, the house was roomy, nicely decorated, and had all the things a family could want for a great holiday. The kids loved the bunk rooms, and the beds were really comfy. We also enjoyed the sunny garden out the back, which was a nice extra. There wasn't loads of space for parking - just room for two cars at the front, and it was a bit snug - but there were other places nearby to park. All in all, we had an amazing time and would definitely go back again.
Vacation rental stay in Malinska
Our holiday was fantastic! The place we stayed in was big, tidy, and had all the things we needed like sheets, towels, loo roll, and even washing powder. The host was really nice and helpful. The place was in a good spot, just a short 20-minute stroll to the beaches, restaurants, and bars, with loads of stuff to do for the family. The beaches were spotless, and the place was in a calm area, except for the lovely sound of the church bells. We didn't have any problems at all, and we'd definitely think about coming back to Malinska and suggesting it to others.
Booking process for holiday accommodation
I had a really positive experience when booking my holiday accommodation through the website. It was super easy to use and I found it really simple to navigate, making the whole booking process really smooth. I was really impressed by how efficient and competent the service provided by the company was. Any questions I had were quickly and informatively answered via email. I wouldn't think twice about booking through this platform again in the future. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend using this service to others.
Clean and equipped villa
I stayed at this really nice villa that was super clean and well-equipped, and it had a cool 70's vibe to it. The bedrooms even had air conditioning, which was a bonus. The villa was part of a group of private villas from the 1970s, each with their own gardens. They all shared a grassy area with pools and trees, which was a lovely spot to relax. It was very peaceful most of the time, which was perfect for me and my family, especially my two young grandkids. I would definitely suggest this place for a relaxing holiday.
House booking problems
I had so many questions about the house, but I couldn't reach anyone for help. I tried sending emails, but none of the addresses seemed to work. I really hope they fix this before I arrive!
Cancelled holiday
I cancelled my holiday really a while back, but they keep bombarding me with emails insisting it's still on! I've made numerous attempts to reach them, but they never bother to reply. It's just ridiculous, I'd rate them zero if I had the option! 😡
Weekend getaway accommodation
This little annex was just what we needed for a weekend escape, me, my partner, and our dog. It was in a great spot, right between Newquay and Watergate Bay. The place was really clean and just the right size for the three of us. Porth beach was close enough to walk to, but it was a bit of a mission, especially with all our stuff. Luckily, the weather was brilliant and there were loads of places to eat nearby, so we didn't have to cook at all while we were there. It made the accommodation even better value for money.
Big villa with pool and BBQ area
Staying in that massive villa with my friends and their kids was amazing. We had loads of space and three bathrooms, which was a lifesaver - no waiting around to pee (haha). The pool was fantastic, like a dream come true. Yolanda, the owner, was really lovely and super helpful. She gave us great tips and helped us out a ton. The BBQ area was a fantastic extra - we had so many great meals there. We could choose to eat inside where it was nice and cool, or relax outside in the warm air. It felt like we were in paradise!
Mediterranean villa stay
I recently spent a week at a lovely Mediterranean villa just outside of Pollenca. The villa was absolutely gorgeous, complete with a stunning pool and outdoor dining area that we absolutely loved. The owner was fantastic, very communicative and helpful. They even took care of cleaning the pool and outdoor space while we were there. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area and would absolutely consider returning in the future.
Family apartment stay
A family of five adults stayed at the apartment and there was plenty of space for everyone. The second bathroom was a nice bonus and the apartment had everything we needed. We really appreciated the welcome pack and the communication with the host was excellent. The apartment is located on a steep hill from the beach, about a 20-minute walk to a popular spot. There was a small but clean pool, and the balcony had great views. We highly recommend this place.
Stay at a villa.
I absolutely loved staying at the villa. The big private garden with a garage, BBQ, and loads of loungers and chairs was just perfect for chilling out and catching some sun. The mattresses and pillows were really comfy, which was a nice surprise. Although, it would have been even better if there were a couple of fans for those scorching summer days and more wine glasses and bowls for convenience. But all in all, I had a really pleasant experience.
Booking experience
The booking process was really easy, but it would be even better if we could change the dates on a booking without having to cancel and redo everything. That way, it would be much more convenient for customers overall.

I absolutely loved the holidays package I booked through Holidu, it was fantastic. The view from the accommodation was absolutely breathtaking, and the owner was so friendly and helpful during my stay. The property had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday.

Booking experience disappointment
My recent experience with this travel website was a complete nightmare. I made a booking, and then they went ahead and charged me when they shouldn't have. When I wanted to cancel the booking with their so-called free cancellation option, they conveniently said they couldn't find my payment and conveniently stopped replying to my emails when I showed them proof. I had to take matters into my own hands and speak directly to the apartment owner to sort out the problem. The customer service was absolutely terrible, making me feel frustrated and like I'd been tricked. To make matters worse, they then asked me to rate their customer service, but when I tried, I was told the issue was already closed. This whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and clearly shows their dodgy ways. I'd recommend avoiding them at all costs.
Holiday lodge booking in Somerset
The booking process went smoothly and easily, with clear descriptions and photos of the property on the website. However, when we arrived at the property, it was a different story altogether. The lodge was not as clean or well-maintained as shown online. There were cobwebs, stains, and signs of possible bed bug activity, which made our stay unbearable. We decided to leave and drive back home.
Getting in touch with both the property owner and Holidu was a challenge. Their responses were delayed, and they were not very helpful. While we did get a refund for the cost of the accommodation, we were not reimbursed for the booking fee or the fuel we wasted. Overall, it was a disappointing and unacceptable experience.Lovely apartment
The apartment was lovely, so spacious, clean and welcoming. I really enjoyed the beautiful terrace and the cosy atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, and having internal parking was a big bonus. The outdoor area was particularly appealing. I would definitely recommend it to others.

I came across this great place to stay in Montpellier that was really easy to book.
