Booking assistance from customer service
I just wanted to say a big thank you to the amazing customer service team, especially Andre, for their quick and helpful support. I made a mistake when booking, but Andre really went the extra mile to help me fix it. Their professionalism and hard work really made a difference and I'm so grateful for their top-notch service. I can't thank them enough for their fantastic help. I'll definitely be booking with them again in the future.
Booking process
The guy we chatted to was really helpful and spent time explaining the whole booking process and final payment. He was dead friendly and made us feel relaxed, so we're pretty sure we made the right choice booking direct next time. The pictures showing the property were spot on, so we know exactly what to expect. We're really excited for our holiday now and would definitely suggest this company to anyone else.

Repeat customer, hassle-free booking
I've been using this holiday rental company for a while now, and I have to say, the booking process is always easy. Unlike other companies that spam you with emails, this one only gets in touch when they really need to. The info they give is always clear and to the point, which makes everything so much easier. Checking in at their properties is a piece of cake, and they have a really impressive range of places to stay all over the world. I don't think I'll ever go with another company again!
Loyalty bonus enquiry
My time dealing with Interhome customer service had its ups and downs. The first person I spoke to didn't really seem interested in helping me out on a Saturday, saying they were too busy to handle a new booking. They just told me to go online, even though I really wanted to ask about a loyalty bonus. Feeling let down by the lack of assistance, I decided to give them another call a little while later. Luckily, the second agent I got through to was much more helpful and understanding. They were more than happy to assist me with my booking and answer my loyalty bonus questions, confirming that I was eligible for the bonus pretty quickly. It was a total change from my first experience and made me feel better about the company.
Apartment holiday booking
Booking our apartment for our holiday was super easy. We actually stayed in one of their properties last year and it was honestly the best apartment holiday we've had in ages. Booking again this year was just as simple. We're really grateful for the excellent service they provide.
Easy booking process
I was really impressed with how easy it was to book, they gave me clear options for payment and showed me what was available, which was great. The only thing that confused me a bit was the security deposit, I wasn't sure if I'd get it back once they checked the place after I left. I'm hoping I do, because it would be a shame to lose out on money like that. But other than that, everything went really smoothly and there were no surprises with extra costs, which was a relief.

Delayed holiday due to Covid restrictions
Although we've had to cancel our holiday three times because of Covid restrictions, we've been really impressed with the help and support we've received from the company. They've been so professional and understanding, from rearranging our booking to keeping us updated regularly. We're now looking forward to our trip to the villa we've chosen in May 2022. It's two years later than we originally planned, but we're hopeful that we can finally have a well-deserved break.
Payment issue, quick resolution by phone
I had a bit of trouble with the payment screen when I was trying to book my holiday, but a swift phone call to customer service helped me out. The girl I talked to was really helpful and fixed everything in no time. In the end, I just finished my booking over the phone, which was really easy. I must admit, I've always found Interhome to be very organised and professional, maybe it's because they're Swiss!

France holiday rental
We had booked a holiday rental in France, but had to cancel because of Covid restrictions. Luckily, the company's staff were really helpful and gave us our deposit back. After the restrictions lifted, we booked again and had a fantastic time. They also offer extras like towels, sheets, and travel insurance, which made our trip worry-free. We're definitely thinking of booking with them again for our next trip to France.
Rental experience disappointment
My time at the rental house was a real let-down. When I got there, it was so grubby and smelly, really not what I was hoping for. I was honestly quite surprised and upset that it wasn't up to scratch.

Booking issue
The company's service was an absolute nightmare. We had a problem with our booking and were left stranded without anyone to help us. It took days to hear back, only to receive an email and phone number that didn't solve anything. The lack of communication made us really worried about our holiday, as we had no way to contact them in case of an emergency. On top of that, the check-in time from 4pm-7pm was extremely limited and inconvenient.
Two weeks vacation booking
I've just sorted out a two-week getaway in September at two different spots. When I was trying to book the first place online, I had some problems and had to ring customer support. I had a chat with a lovely lady called Francesca who was really helpful and sorted everything out quickly. She made sure my booking went through without any hiccups. I was really impressed with how well she looked after me, she definitely deserves some recognition for her top-notch customer service.

Holidays is sometimes tiresome to plan.
THEY MADE IT LIKE PIECE OF CAKE. so we just went for it and it was great experience. their holiday home in Spain was like heaven. we fall in love with out live in, forget the spain.
