Sat on the sofa, happy once my weekend booking completed — easy, flexible payments, a tiny hiccup but sorted.
Booked without fuss
Needed a simple, reliable booking after a messy previous stay. The site felt straightforward, quick — I booked twice now.
Calm late-night find
Booked late evening; site felt snug and simple, used it immediately, pleasantly surprised by speed.
Quick and simple
Very straightforward — thought it’d be a bit fiddly, but booking weekend stays for work and family was quick with clear photos and details.
Quick, no fuss
tidy site and clear info. Confirmation arrived fast. Customer service replied quickly. A few tiny hiccups, but works great.
Surprisingly smooth first try
Overall I'm quite impressed; booking was straightforward and I actually found the place quickly. Was hesitant because I'd had a poor run with another firm, but Interhome made it easy — simple search, quick booking, no hidden fuss.
Spotted on a mate's snap
I first spotted it on a mate's holiday snap, thought 'here we go again' but the site actually made poking around Italian places dead easy. Prices stayed the same when I booked — bit of a relief — so I'm oddly pleased.
Comfort when it mattered
Arriving late after a long move, I just needed a no-fuss place — my back was killing me. Booking was fairly straightforward, though the deposit bit took a minute. The flat itself felt properly homely, the bed surprisingly supportive which was a relief. Wi-Fi was a bit patchy and the kettle rattled, but overall I’d book again.
Booked with reservations
Halfway through checking in I realised my earlier doubts about booking with Interhome had mostly evaporated. I had hesitated because of a bad stay last year and because I needed a ground-floor place for my dodgy back. Communication beforehand was clear, the local Villars office actually logged a couple of technical faults and sorted most of them quickly. It wasn’t perfect, a few small things lingered, but overall it did the job and I relaxed.
Practical and dependable
solid and straightforward. I used the site for a week last month and it did what I needed. Booking was quick and the property descriptions are clear and standardised, so it's easy to compare places. Post-booking emails were helpful. Only gripe is the key pickup window — often listed as 16:00–18:00 and that's not always right for the property. Email replies are fast and there's someone on the phone.
Not what we hoped for
A mate spotted the listing and tipped me, so we gave it a go. Check-in was awkward. The flat was filthy — not just a bit, it felt like someone had rushed the cleaning. We reported issues as soon as we arrived and emailed, but Interhome said they'd respond "at their earliest convenience" and then went quiet. We stayed a week, checked out, still nothing. Oddly, the bed was surprisingly comfy and saved a few nights, but it still ruined the holiday. I won't book with them again.
Lovely flat, annoying check‑in
the flat itself was great — cosy, proper comfy bed and cracking mountain views — but the whole key situation put a dampener on things. I booked for 20–25 May and thought I had free cancellation until the 20th; then on the 22nd I got an email saying I had to collect the key from an office nearly a kilometre away and return it there. If that had been in the listing I might’ve picked somewhere else. I tried to sort a refund via Airbnb on the 23rd but got nowhere and the staff were a bit cold. Still, I enjoyed the place, just a faff.
A birthday that went sideways
Opened the door and felt like we’d wandered into a low‑budget horror set — not the birthday treat I’d hoped for. I had doubts before booking (cheap price, a couple of odd reviews) and, annoyingly, they weren’t misplaced. There were cockroaches, the air‑con did nothing, and we were told to buy batteries for five remotes — honestly. The cooker also cut out while we were making dinner. Pest control turned up to spray while we were still there and took photos of our belongings, which felt intrusive. They later tried to charge £90 for 'cleaning' and even uploaded those pics to Airbnb. I’ve used other holiday firms without drama, so that made this worse. I had video proof which helped, but they’ve ignored emails and offered no compensation. Properly spoiled the break, sadly.
Keys, emails and a late welcome
annoyed with the process, relieved with the outcome.
Halfway through the week it nearly fell apart
Halfway through our holiday week the booking looked like a mess and I was trying to juggle work emails and three kids — not the best timing. I phoned Interhome and David sorted a billing mix-up in minutes; that calm, practical help was the standout. He stopped what would have been a proper financial hit, and I was actually surprised how quickly it was resolved, late on a Friday no less. We used the place for a short family break where I did a bit of remote work, and the flat itself did the job. Booking was straightforward too, so I’ll book with them again.
Half the first day gone, and still waiting
00–16:00 so I organised a taxi from Valencia for that slot. A few days before we flew they changed the check‑in to 16:00–19:00 — fine, annoying — then cleaning ran late and we didn’t get keys until nearly 18:00. That wasted the whole afternoon we’d planned for resting and settling in.
Booking assistance from customer service
I just wanted to say a big thank you to the amazing customer service team, especially Andre, for their quick and helpful support. I made a mistake when booking, but Andre really went the extra mile to help me fix it. Their professionalism and hard work really made a difference and I'm so grateful for their top-notch service. I can't thank them enough for their fantastic help. I'll definitely be booking with them again in the future.
Booking process
The guy we chatted to was really helpful and spent time explaining the whole booking process and final payment. He was dead friendly and made us feel relaxed, so we're pretty sure we made the right choice booking direct next time. The pictures showing the property were spot on, so we know exactly what to expect. We're really excited for our holiday now and would definitely suggest this company to anyone else.
Quick and easy booking process
I absolutely loved using this website to book our holiday home. It was so easy to find my way around and all the info I needed was right there on the screen, no messing about clicking through loads of different pages. It was brilliant!
Quick and enjoyable booking process
Booking with this company was a breeze! I simply followed the instructions and before I knew it, my holiday was all sorted. No stress, no hassle, just straightforward and simple.

How to choose an energy supplier
Choosing an energy supplier is not as hard as it may seem at first. It may feel overwhelming when you begin your search as the competitive market offers many options, so here we break down four key points to consider when choosing an energy supplier:
1. Compare with your previous energy supplier
It’s a good idea to always keep tabs on your energy expenses so you can later on analyze what your costs are, for your home or business. This way you will be more prepared when the moment comes to choose a new energy supplier and find out which one can better meet your needs.
2. Supplier’s history
Do some background research about the supplier. Is the energy supplier a well-established company in the market? Are they licensed to serve your area? What have been other people’s experiences with the supplier? Do they have a good reputation? The kind of reputation and position they hold in the community is an important factor to consider.
3. Pricings and plans
Reviewing their pricing and plans as well as the terms and conditions of the plan you are choosing. Try to find the plan that most accommodates to your needs and budget and, also, make sure the plan you choose can help you avoid being charged extra for services you are not interested in.
4. Customer service
Look for a company with excellent customer service, with employees that are polite, willing to answer your questions and help you when in need. This will make a great difference if you ever run into problems or misunderstandings. You can always do some research on the web, ask people around you what their experience has been or read customer reviews to find honest feedback on the company’s customer service.
In BritainReviews you will be able to find plenty of experiences and opinions from real customers so you can objectively look and compare many energy providers. Take a look at some of the reviews and decide for yourself:
