Oak Tree Cottage, Burley
Cottage was not cleaned during COVID, to the point that we had to dispose of the previous guest’s used sanitary products. When contacted the owner was not interested and New Forest Cottages tried to link any compensation to 1. Having the cottage cleaned midweek (no point as we had already spent 2 hours deep-cleaning) and 2. Introduce an arbitrary deadline for notifying them of any issues (we emailed on the Monday after clearing the bins on the Sunday but this was deemed too late as we rented from Friday). Other issues were no fire wood and all the cutlery and plates had been put away dirty. Cannot in all good faith recommend which is a shame as the cottage itself is lovely and in a great location

What a man could ask for more, than a peaceful excursion in the mid-season between hectic schedules. New Forest cottages has been always trusting when it comes to go for a tranquil and peace of mind holiday outing. They have best location around the place. I always got my preferences which is really adorable .
