    The customer service at this place is fantastic. Siri was quick to respond to all my questions and really helped me out with making a booking. I was really impressed with how well they looked after me, it made the whole process really easy.     Hotel booking in Cancun

    My experience with the company was really disappointing. I had booked a hotel in Cancun for January 2018 and had a lot of problems with paying. I tried to pay the deposit with both my Master Card and Visa, but ended up with a pending payment and no confirmation from them. They told me to do a wire transfer for the full amount, which I did, but they still didn't say they got my payment. I tried to call and email them many times, but they never got back to me. Instead, I kept getting automatic emails asking for payment for the booking. This left me feeling frustrated and like they weren't being professional at all.

    Today they have contacted me that there is no availability in my hotel,prices have gone up 100% and they want offer me alternative hotel in totaly different loacation.
    i have checked their website and hotel is still available but DOUBLE THE PRICE ?
